Walton Community Park — Attraction in Walton

Great park, I usually go here with the dogs and we love the dog park. 3 seperate fenced in areas, one for big dogs, one for small dogs, and an agility course. They put in the agility course in the summer of this year (2017) so it's pretty new my only complaint is there is only one water station and it's in the small dog park. They need one on the big side and agility side too. (I have 2 big pups so I end up bringing my own water and bowl) I have been to the kids park with my niece and nephew and they love it. Tons of different size equipment for different ages and a few areas for picnic tables. A basketball and a tennis court. There's also a long trail around the entire park that's a nice walk. There are small signs throughout the path with cute nature facts. There are also public restrooms. They also do a lot of fun events like movies on the lawn during warmer months. This...

This park is amazing! They have done so many beautiful and amazing upgrades since we have last visited. It now has so many different skill level areas of play. There’s a very decent sized water splash park that seemed to be very popular and we of course let our little play ( we were not prepared 🫣) they even had a basket full of community beach/water toys available! There are plenty of shelters for people to rent out for parties. There’s restrooms in the immediate vicinity of the playgrounds, water park, and shelters and they were even clean! There seemed to be a trail for walking and even basketball and tennis courts. This is absolutely a park we will be visiting again in the very near future! This would make for some amazing outdoor fun...

I went to the dog park part of this park, but there's a huge playground area and walking trails as well. The dog park was separated into an agility course area, a small dog area and a large dog area, all separately fenced. The entire park, including the dog park area was very well maintained and the bathrooms were clean. To get to the dog park, take the first right up the hill and walk past the basketball court, or take the trail to the right of the parking spots, that'll bring you right to it.
