The manger or supervisor did nothing but stand and watch why the other handlers waitresses and Cooks was working so hard" I cannot understand why she didn't help when they got slammed busy! My waitress which I tipped fondly forget her name was (great) And has worked there for 10 years she explained right out of high school" she was kind and courteous and professional not so much at all the supervisor who just stood and watched while the other workers carried on with a very busy during an early afternoon" And another Note the place seem to be very dirty with extreme paper on the floor again the supervisors responsibility! Everyone else was so busy but did their job well under the conditions of poor leadership in their supervisor! Just Saying.. thank you for allowing me to share my experience with my daughter and son-in-law and grandchildren.. waffle House as a restaurant business gets a mark as great 👍 but again the unorganized supervisor made the experience challenging to say the least! April; on this end of town and stopped for a quick early lunch. Only two servers and one cook they worked absolutely fabulous together. They were extremely busy but got everyone served and in a very friendly and efficient manner. Dec 2023; not impressed today, all new staff and not keeping the place very clean. At 1:00 in the afternoon most tables were dirty, only 1 other table occupied, and only one staff to be seen. Once found a somewhat clean table a staff did come out while putting his dirty wrinkled shirt on and advise someone would be with us soon. Our server was pleasant and the food was ok though lacking compared to usual. Glob of squeeze butter on cold toast, bit overcooked scrambled eggs, almost burned toast on sandwich, etc.

2023; Always enjoyed our breakfast here no matter what time of day. Check out their off menu items on line, biscuits and gravy is awesome! Can also order some items, i.e. hash brown bowl, by half order. The staff is also fabulous here, always pleasant...

The staff had a rough night last night. My group came in a table of 9 when only 2 people were there. Placed our order and only 4 people got what they ordered. They ran out of hash browns for 3 orders and 2 orders didn't even get completed. After we sat then the whole place was full no seats left and after an hour of some sitting no food we finally got our bills and some where being charged for food they didn't even receive. It was fixed and the staff did the best they could, but how are you not prepared for a Saturday night? Our waitress was polite and apologized, but it doesn't change the food issue when orders aren't even right and you have no clue what is missing from orders and there was only 9 orders originally you had to get right because no one else arrived...
