I called the store because I was looking for Type S hydrated lime. The individual I spoke to told me that he did not have hydrated lime in stock, but he could order it. I asked him if the hydrated lime he could get was type S, and he replied that he had never heard of any different types of hydrated lime, which is understandable. I asked if he could find out for me what type of hydrated lime he could get and he replied that it’s a holiday weekend and he couldn’t find out today, which is also understandable. It was very obvious that this individual was starting getting annoyed with me asking these questions, and proceeded to tell me that he has been doing this for a very long time, and has never heard of any different types of hydrated lime, but could order lime for me if I wanted him to. I replied to him that I could not order the lime from him unless I knew what type of lime it was. The guy just flat out hung up on me! How unprofessional is that? This individual obviously lacks an education about the products he sells, even though “he’s been doing this a very long time”, and he was extremely rude and unprofessional. I have never purchased any products from this store, and because of this person’s unprofessionalism, I will be certain not to ever purchase anything from them ever, and I will go out of my way to tell everyone I know just how It is that I...
