Alfred's Consignments — Attraction in Warren

Been to Alfred's several times. Great place to browse but crowded with merchandise to the point where you bump into things/risk knocking things over. I've never bought anything here as I agree with other comments that their prices are inflated. Also inquired about something I was looking for and the help behind the counter was dismissive as they only worked on certain days of the week/didn't know anything. I was referred to another staff person for assistance but was told dismissively that what I was seeking were reproductions. Left the store not feeling good about the place. Alfred’s Consignment is a charming shop with a lot to explore, but the narrow aisles make it less ideal if you’re shopping with a toddler or larger bags. There's plenty to look at, from jewelry to vintage dinner sets, but I found the prices a bit high. I did purchase two necklaces for about $25 each and a leather watch for around $100, but I wish the pricing were a bit more reasonable overall. That said, if you're hunting for china or a complete vintage dinner set, this place has a good selection. I cannot say enough about the positive experiences that I had with Alfred’s and all of their staff! They cleaned out and consigned my first home, and then totally furnished my second!
