Had some issues with a bedroom set bought from here. The set was nice but the service was really bad. Had a 7 day return period and spoke with a rep to exchange for another set due to size. Rep agreed to the exchange and later backs out after choosing out a new set. Worst part of it all is, delivery company that they claim is a secondary company, damaged my walls, stair rail, chipped my door and chipped paint off my door way areas. My house has been painted not even 3 months yet. They damaged the ceiling as well that i fixed up the same time even after i tried to tell them how to make things work. Terrible service overall from both store and delivery. The delivery guys claim to have so many years of experience on setting up bedroom sets but failed to do proper calculations to see if the set would fit the way i wanted. They kept telling me it will not work so i just gave up on them and ended up doing it myself. It fit perfectly without blocking any doors or windows. I was not even upset about anything until they wasted my time and told me to look for something so they can exchange it for me then just say no they will not anymore. They also have a sign on the counter saying they will gladly take any returns or exchanges within the firat 7 days. The customer service is by far the worst. They will kiss up to you but once item purchased, thats it, it will be your loss from there because they will not care anymore once tge...

THEY WANT OUR MONEY BUT DON'T RESPECT US!

Though you will find some pretty cool unique things in here. I'm not sure about the quality of the items. I purchased a glass corner table(that's what Im going to use it for) the top and bottom is mirrored but that middle. Idk what it is but it will serve its purpose. I think its cute! They are on the expensive side but they do change and make their own prices. In my opinion, because the finance there, I think they raise the prices. Which is wrong! I also feel if you're a cash paying customer, they shouldn't take advantage. Its a gamble and depending on how unique you want your decor to be. The rugs are way overpriced.

My mom was with me and she purchased a mirror clock. The clock couldn't fit in my car so we had to pick it up the next day. I spoke to the man behind the counter and he scratched off the received stamp and signed it. When my mom came the next day it was a lady. My mom had her receipt but the lady still insisted that my mom had her item. Like my mom was lying. Then when the men vouched for my mom she then stamped received on her receipt about 8 times. I wasn't woth my mom to pick it up but between the both of us they made close to 1,000.00. I would've returned everything. We will not be returning ever again. They want our money but...

I have to go back to buy more curtains but they are cheap and bad quality. Also will have to wash them due to smell but I need something in my window. The employees last time I went were rude and in a massive hurry to leave. One of them told us kindly we had only 5 minutes left. I wasn't aware they closed at 7:30 since that's such a odd hour to close. We hurried to the register but a man was blocking our path. He was a employee on his phone and we said excuse us. He turned half way and said "we're closed " in a rude voice. After he stepped aside realizing we didn't actually need anything from him. We made it to the cashier who wasn't thrilled but at least let us check out. The door was locked shut with a pair of keys in it. They knew we we're still inside but locked the door anyways. These people we're in such a hurry. I am suprised since I've never experienced such treatment before. It was like we we're on display. There was every employee lounging on their display furniture in the main entrance as we left I also don't understand why the had a dozen employees for such a small place. It's like a maze at times but way too many people...
