This last visit was very disappointing. They apparently ran out of original chicken and told me if I wanted to wait it will be 15mins. I said that's fine. I ordered, paid, was told to pull around. Which I did and after 30mins of waiting I called the store to which no one answered and the front door was locked in the 8pm hour so I couldn't go in and inquire about my order. Finally the young man brought me my order, no napkins or condiments which we had already went over (hot sauce and honey). There wasn't any I had to knock on the window to get the items as he laughed. I got my order home to only see a glob of chicken swimming in grease that pool to the bottom of the bucket. All the skin and ingredients slid off the chicken when you tried to pick it up. The manager was packing the food and if she thinks that was ok to serve she should be shamed. If you don't want to cook and provide quality food and service at 8pm just as you would when you open your doors at 11am or so then maybe this is not the job for you. There are still people out here that work hard for their money and want a break from cooking, this will not be my restaurant of choice with this type...
Read moreI recently visited KFC and had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a dining establishment. I tried to order a specific meal that was clearly listed on the menu, but the cashier acted as if she had never heard of it. When I insisted that it was right there on the menu, she still seemed clueless and dismissive.
After finally getting my order, I asked for the meal to be made plain, I was told I had to pick a sauce bounce received, it was completely drenched in sauce, making it almost inedible. To make matters worse, they didn’t even provide me with a receipt, so I couldn’t place a formal complaint at the time.
When I returned to the restaurant to get the order corrected, I was met with even more frustration. The staff member rudely insisted that what I received was what I had ordered, despite me pointing out the exact item on the menu that I had wanted. They refused to correct the order, leaving me with a meal I didn’t want.

Every time I go, I’m usually rushed to order/ pay and end up waiting on them/ gotta return because my order was wrong! This is (over) the 3rd time I’ve felt rushed so they can go back to giggling/ playing/ talking so I called to speak with a manager and somebody (I’m sure it wasn’t the manager) got on the phone with an attitude like “hello! who is this,” I just told her thank you, have a nice day & hung up.
I’m a paying customer. Who are YOU and why are you a manager behaving like this??? I see why your employees think it’s okay to behave that way.
If you don’t like the job, quit. I go to KFC for the FOOD. I’m sick of encountering y’all young women with these bad ass attitudes.
