Last night my daughter and I went to burger king on eight mile by dequindre the whoppers two for ten was horrible I didn't know that until I got home and open it around 11:00 it was not even the way I ask for the lettuce was wilted and there was no tomatoes,on one I ask for no onions, no pickles,heavy mayo. Instead they done it their way they was ask make the other in the regular way if you guys could only see these pity burgers both hardly had mayo in fact on my grandkids one had crispy chicken the other had bacon burger jr. I went to cut theirs and look one had a smear of mayo light lettuce the other had a dot of catsup and nothing else just pityful I seen that about 9 p.m. they had to eat so they can get ready for school. I was so disappointed in fact when I went to eat mine at 11p.m. because being diabetic I had to eat sweethearts I bit that sandwich and I threw the rest away because it had no taste and the way it did taste and look I felt as if something was done to it that's why I threw it out so please check your food open it up and look good return it because this one sandwich is going back so they can see so I will also be calling corporate or who ever franchise it is to know how the food is going out thank you all for reading this post sorry burger king but...

Spent 3 minutes (at the drive through speaker) talking to an attendant who had issue understanding my request for a honey wrapped chicken sandwich and mixed $1 frozen beverage. After explaining my request 5 times and correcting her errors with my order (on the screen) I proceeded to the pick up window.
I was informed that the frozen beverage machine was defrosting and my requested drink was not available. I was offered another beverage which I declined.
I was then asked, twice, to explain the rest of my order. After a total of 10 minutes (from speaker to window) waiting for food someone I believe to be a manager or team leader ask what I ordered. I drove away in disgust with the entire process.

The manager in auburn hills was over the top and the bk on grand river closes. At 5pm 8pm or when ever they feel they want to. They constantly say. We can't use codes for the app and delivery only.
