Northern Kentucky Community Action Commission — Attraction in Warsaw

Never had trouble with this location or ppl until this week for some reason. I have been try since last Friday (now Wednesday the following week) to get help with electric. Which they've always done and not had trouble. But then Friday they apparently closed at noon so I get nothing until Monday. Come in first thing Monday and they paid most of it. Couldn't pay the whole thing but that's fine. I finally figure out the rest of the bill yesterday around 4 which is when they close. Only to find out they've reversed the payment?! How or why would you pay something only to take the money back the next day? Now I've been calling them ALL DAY bc I didn't have the gas or time to get down here before they lock up at 3 for whatever reason even though they're "open" until 4. I've been calling since 9am and have only got them to answer ONCE. And for some reason idk if the call dropped or they just hung up, but we got disconnected. So I try calling right back and now they won't answer again. Luckily I happened to be on my way anyway trying to get here before the "closed" at 3. Got here at 245 and the door is already locked.
