Dropped my laptop off on a Tuesday with a boot up error. They said it should be ready by Thursday or Friday, they'd call me. Never heard anything, called the following Monday, the woman I spoke to said it wasn't ready yet but it should be ready tomorrow, they'd call me. Tuesday came and went, again no call. I was tied up Wednesday at work, so I called Thursday. Again, it wasn't ready but "I promise it should be ready tomorrow". To make a longer story short. I went in the following Monday to demand my laptop back. After telling me someone was working on it, it turned to "I'm not sure it's here". Finally after several minutes of excuses and me getting more and more irritated she magically found my laptop on a shelf three feet from where we were standing. When I asked for my $35 back she said she couldn't refund my money because it was listed as being serviced. So bottom line: it cost me $35 to park my laptop on a shelf in their store for 2 weeks and collect dust. Maybe they're good at replacing cracked phone screens but if you're looking for actual technical help with a PC or Laptop, don't waste your time (or money). I will never go back there...
Read moreMy son's Playstation 4 stopped working and from the second I called them throughout the whole experience they were nothing but kind, helpful and empathetic of my situation. The Playstation needed a new hard drive which unfortunately meant everything he had on there would be lost but they gave me back the old hard drive with information for a company that is able to recover that kind of data along with a discount code. I thought that was extremely thoughtful. I know there are technicians that replaced everything and I'm very grateful to them, but while calling and dropping the Playstation off I only dealt with one of the kindest women I've ever met. I didn't catch her name but she was so sweet and called me throughout the whole process to keep me updated. The price to fix everything was also fair and reasonable....

That was 3 months ago. Tody I picked it up and phone is as it was when I dropped it off.... yes 3 months ago. They called me 2 times. I called about 15. U have no idea how many excuses I got: the part ordered is from China and we didn't know so is taking long. The technician is not here. I'll ask him and will get back to you.
