Red run park is just another reason on the big list of reasons that my family and I enjoy living in Waynesboro PA. If you have not been you need to visit. This park has all of the amenities that you would come to expect from any other park like several areas with playground equipment and picnic tables for eating your lunch. However this particular park goes one step further. It offers activities throughout the year like fishing tournament's for kids, car shows, train rides and live music put on by different organizations from in and around the Rouzerville and Waynesboro area. It also has pavilions that you can rent for parties or get togethers. There is definitely is something for everyone. Last but not least one part of the park that I am particularly fond of being a firefighter and having family members who fought in World War Two is the part of the park where the 9/11 and World War Two memorial's are so that we Never Forget. There is plenty of parking, bathrooms and also a creek to play in if you get to hot. So once again something for everyone, enjoy.

As always everyone, please like my posts and follow me, but like always my beautiful children absolutely love parks and playgrounds, we stopped here after 2 games of bowling and a nor so quick stop to Dairy Queen and their not so quick drive thru, the park includes many playgrounds and pavilions, there is a steam and a fishing spot as well as a small train you can ride in the summer time for a small price, all in all nor a bad park at all.

Red Run Park offers so much! Concerts, kiddie train, several playgrounds, small stream and a lake to fish. Plenty of picnic tables, a few covered. Restroom onsite. 9-11 memorial that tells the history. Parking in several areas of the park. The park is huge! Lots of trees. Take bug spray, insects would not leave me alone.

Google told me "You visited Yesterday"... Well, that's a lie... Been joking with my family about being one of those Karens and joked about suing the place because of my sister's kids getting hurt (We Joke about this often we never do anything. We usually joke like this on fortnite.... It's a way for us to laugh and have fun...) The place is incredible... We used to play in the creek as kids... The train from my understanding. There was a few areas closed off for reconstruction... Not too bad. Happens some times... Hate to be a snitch but, some one and there family were playing on the area under construction. Those family somehow inspired my sister's kids to head there on repeat. She had to send her boyfriend after them I had to find other things for them to do to keep them busy and not get hurt... It was a frustrating day... They did eventually hurt themselves at the opposite side of the playground... They got back up and walked it of... I was obviously not having as much fun as I was when I was a kid... Used to be better... Wished they kept the old...
