I would like talk about my recent experience with purchasing phones at Verizon wireless in Waynesboro Pa. our salesperson Kyle Baker. I stopped at the store earlier in the day. I called into the store, after we decided what we wanted to purchase. By the time I went back into the store, Kyle had the items already on his desk waiting. I don’t feel like he tried to pressure me into any purchase. He did explain other promotions that I could buy. Unlike most wireless stores, he did not try to pressure me into buying more than I needed. Kyle worked well past his schedule work shift, to set up and transfer everything from our old phones to our new phones. I have called Kyle since my purchase because I had a few questions. This is where Kyle showed the type of person he is. Where every other wireless store I have been to in the past, Once the original sale is done, they seem to not want to be bothered with you any longer. Kyle is completely different from that. Even though he would not make any more commission off of helping me, he still took all the time I needed. He is still willing to help with any thing that I may not understand. I do not feel like he is rushing me out, so that he can get to the next sale. I highly recommend going to Verizon wireless in Waynesboro and working with Kyle Baker as your salesperson. You will not be disappointed and you will not feel like you were tricked into buying unneeded items. Kyle is an asset to Verizon wireless in Waynesboro. For the first time in close to 25 years of buying and using cell phones, this has been the best experience I have had. Thank you for...
Read moreI have been a loyal customer for many years. I am also a veteran. Throughout those years which I have been a customer I have found myself paying outrageous fees I have not received any benefits I was promised. Additionally I recently discovered that I was significantly overcharged for the last phone that I purchased by $500. Definition false advertisement. Definition dishonesty. I have to restart my phone at least four times a day to get my cellular to come back in areas where I should have reception. I have called many times about this issue and was informed that Verizon was in the process of taking down their old towers to put up 5G that has been going on for at least 18 months so why then can we not as Verizon customers get some kind of discount because we are not receiving the service we have paid for. By definition that is stealing. I'm sorry Verizon but as soon as I pay this phone off you and I will be getting a divorce. I am a single father with four kids barley keeping my head above water paying more for less is not something I can do and will not do anymore. I do not recommend this company because there is always some sort of excuse for why the service is so bad or why the cost hasn't changed. Perhaps my review wouldn't be so dramatic if there were some kind of compensation for not receiving what we as loyal customers have paid you for. As for the sales team I have no issues with them except for the situation with overcharging on the phone I paid $1,035 for a phone that should have cost $400 which I recently discovered I was taken. It will not...
Read moreI have to recognize Chanel for her superb customer service. I bought a new apple 12 pro from another salesperson. I have too many photos, around 14,000. Immediately there was problems transferring along with my apps locking up and freezing. I was told to give it time and connect to WiFi. Made sense to me. The next morning no change so that afternoon I returned to Verizon store. I met Chanel. It was a difficult situation with my phone... the iCloud account was messed up and was having issues still transferring my information. She was extremely patient, smart and persistent. She even stayed after closing to make sure my needs were met. She troubleshooted and fixed the issue. Chanel is a dedicated, personable employee and beyond valuable. I thank you again Chanel! She deserves a promotion in...
