Last evening I arrived at the drive-thru window at about 5:05PM. I was just buying a Cheese Pizza which are usually already made and ready. What appeared to be a new employee couldn’t get the register to work so another employee came to help. Finally I paid and was expecting the pizza right away because that’s usually how it works there. The new employee yelled “1 cheese pizza” and I waited for at least 20 minutes at the window and no one came back. I knocked on the window but no one answered. So I pulled around front and got out of my car. At that point I just wanted my cheese pizza. I went in and said to another worker that I was waiting at the drive thru for my pizza for about 20 minutes and the young lady yelled from behind the counter that it hadn’t been 20 minutes and I was going to have to wait . So then I asked for a manager and she yelled I was going to wait for that too. I then requested a refund and she yelled I had to wait for that too. Finally the young man that took my order came out with a receipt and handed it to me. He said here and I said is this refund and he said yes. The reason I’m commenting is because I was treated rudely not because I was waiting so long. Some pleasant customer service would have sufficed for the wait!! I have bought many pizzas at this location and have never been treated rudely so I hope you will improve customer...

The staff did their best to make my food fast and efficient but when it came time to hand me my food and send me on my way, that's when the problem started. The counter worker asked me if I paid for my order. I said yes and offered my receipt. He wouldn't even look at it. He was more worried about putting my food in the storage area where they keep online orders. He continued to inform me that my order was invalid and still did not look at my receipt. The store manager is now involved and everyone is still ignoring the receipt in my hands. After 10 min of this tomfoolery the manager hands me the food and says, "I don't need to see your receipt, I trust you." If that was indeed the case. Why have we been standing here for 10 min, ignoring me holding my receipt, all the while my food is getting cold. Not sure what the problem was but this was a perfect training...
Read moreI have been here quite a few times at the Waynesboro Pa Store but this was the 2nd time wait time was absurd. The young guy that took our order in the drive thru put another workers name in and told us 10/15 mins for 2 orders of wings, 2 mediums and 1. 2 litter. We were told after sitting there for 25 mins to park and they would bring our order out. As we sat there 15/20 more mins we counted 5 cars went through the drive thru pretty quickly it seemed. The actual worker that was falsely put on the ticket came out and seemed confused as I told him what I ordered. The brown haired young guy put 2 mediums 2 2 litters 1 small soda and 1 order of wings. He asked me who rang your order up..I said David he said that's my name. He looked confused. We left upset and most likely will not return. The real David did an excellent job. He clearly cared about the customers and their orders. The positive side to this is The Pizza...
