Since the new changes, it's a mess! EVERYONE WAS CONFUSED! Bus Operators didn't know the correct routes, supervisors didn't know or recognized problems or incorrect posted information, children know what bus were suppose to get on, or if the route has changed, or if stops had been eliminated. Some new routes don't follow the old routes. Yesterday (7/1/2025) a visually impaired elderly man got on the new 80 bus near Providence Hospital. The bus operator verbally guided him to the the front door of the bus. The man told the bus operator his frustration he encountered by his stop had been eliminated, causing him to walk further to the next bus stop. He talked about how he ended up in peoples driveways, walkways, and yards, thinking he was at a bus stop. The man was only several blocks up the street to the bank. The bus operator was kind enough to let the man off in front of the bank.
These new changes adversely effect people with various disabilities, especially the visually disabled.
Another problem is that most of the buses destination signs are not working, they say, "NOT IN SERVICE!" FIX THE SIGNS! THIS IS A GOOD EXAMPLE OF...

That will be the day when someone hasnt double parked or when a govvie decides he/she doesnt want to wake out of bed in the morning. For such a small parking area, I do not understand how they come up with the designated parking for government workers and the handicapped.
