If I can no star I would August 1st at 9am I was charged for wrong order when I was being charged Mr iabi store manager was rude and disrespectful and charged me for wrong order rushing taking payments but not being careful while doing / I'm going to my job I can't do his job for him I was charged less for someone else order and I asked him to just charge me the difference and he told me he couldn't do that. And they kept making it seem like I was the problem for being busy with my own stuff and that I expected them to make sure cause I am the customer. And that they had my order correct and because I could not understand they broken English it was my fault when I heard that man say my actual price and that's why I paid when I got to the window the other worker realized he made a mistake so I was charged again for correct order which was $21 and that I heard him say $21 and that is why I paid in the first place. So now I have to wait a week to get my $9 back / 30$ on a order that turned out to be disgusting anyway it's the principal when you mess up on service you don't blame the customer I heard him say a price not the name cause when my order was taken my names wasn't asked let's start there. That manager needs to be removed and he had no remorse for what he did as well. It's the am everybody is still tired on they way to work and your at work so there's no excuse why your walking to ppls cars collecting money and not giving them their food right then and there I spent $30 on my card on a 20$ worth order and have to wait days to use my $10 on my card my hard earned money that that manager had no remorse for I recommend everyone meal prep they own food and cook for themselves cause these ppls do not care about our stomach or wallets. Read moreThis is the worst chick fil a we’ve ever been to and makes us sad to see that CFA values are not upheld at this location. I was a manager at a chick fil a and my husband also worked at one, so we like to give grace as we know the hard work that goes into operating a CFA. We live only a few minutes away, and on our first visit the worker in the drive through was talking to a friend and ignored us until we said something. We have not heard any CFA phrases in our multiple visits (How may I serve you, welcome to chick fil a, my pleasure, etc), and always feel like the drive through employees don’t prioritize the customers or aren’t trained properly. There have been multiple times where we’ve been told that things are not possible at ordering, which is from a lack of training. They told me I could not order a frosted soda, but when I talked to a manager at the window they told me I could, which was annoying as I spent my money on another drink due to misinformation on the workers end. Another day we went there CFA to get a pup cup for my dogs birthday as is tradition, and the guy taking our order didn’t know what it was. At the window we asked for it and they said it was banned at their CFA, which we had never heard of before. Read moreI have went to many CHIC FIL A restaurants and i have never had a bad experience EVER. From JC who is the operations person to the cashier. I am completely disgusted with this place ( go to another chic fil a. Apparently they are franchises and each one has a different standard) They messed up my ordee completely and i didnt have alot of time so i wasnt able to eat but my kids just ate what we did have i sat them down and went to the counter and gave them their items back that were wrong and said i will deal with it when my kids finish eating . When i get back to the counter they didnt want to give me a refund or let me just buy what i actually wanted and i just pay the difference. JC was completely argumentative and said we dont make money like this and dont dont do it again so i told him this all could have been corrected but the cashier english was terrible and she didn’t understand english well , and he went off and the crazy part is i come from a latin country smh.
