This is a huge hidden jem of a place! Only reason it’s not 5 āļøis that there’s an equestrian trail leading to Farrel Mc Whiter park. Large grasslands where one can play frisbee golf ( don’t know the name of the sport but there’s a course here.) My dog loves to run in the forest with all the smells and it trails that lead into PSE pipeline trails. Also a creek runs into the entrance with running clean cold water for drinking and cooling dogs off. Theres A Historical Society Site here also, old barn etc. Aside from the Pea Patch Gardens I saw 2 other dogs w/ their Humans. A nice long tranquil walk with different sites to see vs other city parks.

Having a disc golf course is always going to be just awesome, so no complaining there. On top of that, the community gardens are pretty bustling in Spring and Summer, and the paths that connect this park to Farrel McWhirter are a joy to walk, although relatively short. The only knock is that there aren't more pathways connecting holes in the disc golf course, or from the parking lot to the trails! In winter, this whole place becomes almost bog-like, and a few mulched pathways would make a big difference towards enjoying it year-round.

Great little spot to practice your disc golf game. 18 holes which are just a double back on a flat 9. All 3 pars. Couple over 400ft. Easy beginner friendly course. Also some trails into the woods if you want to go for a nice walk. Grass and bushes are pretty thick so remember where your disc went!!! Very easy to lose. Wish they would cut grass regularly only issue.

I really love the old farm here, and that there's a community garden. The disc golf field is small and generally busy in the evening. I'm not a player myself, but my family is. Is a pretty simple course with all the holes being pretty visible and straight in. The second 9 loops over the first 9, just with different starting pads. There's 1 picnic table, and a small path with access to the PNT trails. No bathrooms, only an outhouse. Also no playgrounds or anything else to do here. There is a small trail that leads behind the old farm house and...
