This is a huge hidden jem of a place! Only reason itās not 5 āļøis that thereās an equestrian trail leading to Farrel Mc Whiter park. Large grasslands where one can play frisbee golf ( donāt know the name of the sport but thereās a course here.) My dog loves to run in the forest with all the smells and it trails that lead into PSE pipeline trails. Also a creek runs into the entrance with running clean cold water for drinking and cooling dogs off. Is a pretty simple course with all the holes being pretty visible and straight in. The second 9 loops over the first 9, just with different starting pads. There's 1 picnic table, and a small path with access to the PNT trails. No bathrooms, only an outhouse. Also no playgrounds or anything else to do here. Ā Ā Ā Read moreHaving a disc golf course is always going to be just awesome, so no complaining there. On top of that, the community gardens are pretty bustling in Spring and Summer, and the paths that connect this park to Farrel McWhirter are a joy to walk, although relatively short.
The only knock is that there aren't more pathways connecting holes in the disc golf course, or from the parking lot to the trails! In winter, this whole place becomes almost bog-like, and a few mulched pathways would make a big difference towards enjoying...
