Naan Stop — Restaurant in Redmond

We were looking forward to trying this new place since we love Indian food and it's so close-by. Alas, they have some room to improve.

The Butter Chicken was pretty good. Could have used a bit more flavor. And they included maybe an ounce of chicken.

While their boilerplate response to good and bad feedback is usually the same and mentions 'fresh naan', we don't think it's actually made there or even locally. It looks like store-bought flat bread. See photo.

My buddy found his roll pretty flavor free.

The Chicken 65 didn't have the spice and color that I'm used to. It wasn't reddish and just seemed to be lightly breaded and fried chicken chunks.

Hopefully, as they ramp up and adapt to feedback, their food will improve. I recommend getting some expert Indian flavor opinions to improve the dishes.

I'm willing to try again since they're so convenient.

UPDATE: Wow, just saw their response. Didn't really address my review. They still maintain that their Naan is freshly baked. I'd love to see them...

Really awful dining experience at this place “Naan Stop” in Redmond, which is located inside of Pizza Twist. This is the so-called “dosa” which is served here. The paneer is so dry and hard. The dosa itself must be frozen and reheated, judging by the rubbery texture. They don’t give you the same food as shown in the pictures. The gulab jamun is cold and is frozen solid in the middle. The nighttime worker said he can’t do anything about it because he’s not the manager. When I asked to speak to the manager, he shouted curse words to my face. It happened on 5/11. Horrible awful restaurant. They just have to create multiple names on DoorDash just to dodge the negative reviews. Pizza Twist, Naan Stop, Slice & Spice, Dosawalla.. they all the same restaurant so don’t be fooled. There’s no way to email or contact anybody on their website. Avoid at all cost. I’ll never...

DONT ORDER FROM HERE! We ordered Kathi rolls with egg roti. Food was served cold from refrigerator and there was no egg roti inside which we paid for. We waited 60 minutes for a take out order. There were people waiting for more than 40min outside because it was a total chaos.

Edit: It is surprising how the owner denies to take responsibility for the poor quality of meals they provide. For the record, I did call the manager to inform my concerns politely and he denied responsibility. Many restaurants (not fast food) in the neighborhood make online orders ready within 40-50min. What is even worse that this place takes more time to serve previously refrigerated food and serves it cold.
