I placed an online order for pickup, when I reached the location for pickup 17 mins after the order the place was closed and had a hand written note on the door saying the place is closed due to staff shortage and will open at 1pm.

I was there at 3:17 wondering why they took my order if the place was closed. I stayed in parking lot for few mins trying to call them, no one responded.

Eventually I get a call from this place at 4:05pm that my order is ready for pickup, at that point I had already bought some other food and fed friends of my kids who were visiting us.

When I asked the owner that why he took the order if the place was closed? He said your order was supposed to be ready at 3:30 and you came before that so that's why.

He refused take any responsibility depite calling me at 4:05 and refused to refund my payment. Rather he was pushing me to come and get the order. I would never buy from this location again and would complain to their franchise headquarters.

This is a good chain I have visited many of their locations since they started expanding around the country, Redmond location in particular is mismanaged by greedy folks with no sense of responsibility or...

"New owners" don't know how much time making a single pizza takes. Told me 10 mins when I walked in and it has been 45 mins and it is still not ready. If you aren't competent enough to know how much time it will take to make my pizza, why are you in this business? When I tried to state all this the gentleman at the front desk blamed it on Uber Eats. But it was him who gave me the 10 min estimate when I walked in. He also suggested that I can cancel my order if I liked. At that point I had already spent 30 mins waiting for my order, and I was losing my patience.

Go somewhere else where people actually can give you your food on time. Absolute waste of time and energy and it made me absolutely angry that my family was waiting for the food. If you are getting too many orders such that you can't process them on time, either hire more people / get machinery to accommodate for them, or simply stop taking orders temporarily.

Best part was that this was happening to multiple people at the same time. He offered Gulab Jamuns at the end to smooth things over, but I don't want freebies. I just want my food at the time at which was promised, not 45 minutes later. AVOID,...
