I've had great experiences here. I've been to many shows, events, and performances. My children go to the Washington Ballet @THEARC. The campus also has a recreational playground that the neighborhood can use from Dusk 'til Dawn. The facilities are nice and clean. Looks brand new inside. I love the fact that you need an id card to sign in and out. They take accountability to whole 'nother level. They have other activities in here besides the Washington Ballet that kids may attend. I highly recommend enrolling your children here. There are very skilled instructors....

The venue was very nice for a "neighborhood" venue (i.e. I would expect a different level from the Kennedy center, for example). Parking was easy, there are 2 large parking lots on each side of the building. Things I wished I knew before: a) bring cash to purchase cupcakes, etc - no credit card accepted anywhere b) tickets said "print or bring purchase order number" - I just brought the tickets on my phone and this made us lose quite some time, as they had to reprint...

It comes with a large parking lot and two buildings with large rooms, meeting spaces, and a great theater.
