went here to get my eyebrows done with the perminent make up by Angie. I was scepticle about getting it done because i am african american and was not sure she ever did perminent make up on a woman of color. i inquired and was told she has been doing this for 28 years and have done it on many different types of women. so i went and let me say the place is very nice, very clean and very warm and inviting. the staff there were all very kind and make you feel so very comfortable from the moment you walk in till the moment you walk out the door. Angie is Amazing. she is so very nice and she talks and walks you through everything is doing. She did my eyebrows and i was so very nervious because she is putting perminent ink on my face (HELLO LADIES!! YOU KNOW WE DONT PLAY WITH OUR FACE) when she was done i got up and looked in the mirror it looked so very nice. she told me how to take care of them and sent me home with a follow up appointment in a month. as my eyebrows healed they looked more and more natural. NO ONE not even my very best friend noticed i had perminent makeup done to my eyebrows till i told them. i got so many compliments on them and as long as your not close enough to kiss me they actually look like real hair (of course i have very light hair in there, but i say very light.) i went back yesterday for my follow up touch up and man i gotta say, they look even better. i cant wait till they heal because it they look better then the first time this is the best thing i done in a long time. well worth the money (which is not an outrageous price, oh did i mention the follow up touch up was free, yet included in the price of the initial visit SWEET) anyway she did an amazing job and i definately am happy i did it, it feels awsome to wake up with eyebrows and feels even better to be able to lay my head on my husband and not have my drawn on eyebrows wipe off on his shirt. lol.... I booked a Brazilian wax and left feeling completely misled and uncomfortable. The service I received was not what I paid for.

Instead of a wax, the technician simply shaved me. I was confused during the appointment, hoping it was some new technique, but it became clear this was not the case. The process was finished by applying hot wax without pulling it properly and using baby powder in a way that seemed unhygienic and odd.

The result has been exactly what you'd expect from a bad shave: a bumpy, itchy, scratchy and irritated reaction. I now have to wait weeks for my hair to grow back enough to get the actual wax I paid for.

To make matters worse, I was pressured to select a tip amount before the service even began, which felt coercive and unprofessional.

I cannot recommend this place. The combination of receiving the wrong service, poor technique, and pressured tipping made for a very disappointing experience. Save your money...
