I placed an order on the app at 5:20am for a scheduled delivery later this evening for 4:30pm. After going to sleep at 5:30am (I'm a night owl), I woke up around noon to an email sent at 6:05am saying my order was cancelled. After calling the Customer Service number, I was informed to call the store to see what may have happened. I did, and the manager, Andrea, picked up. After going back and forth with her, and providing a Case Number, Andrea took it upon herself to figure things out. She was just as confused as I was. Andrea kept me posted as she got updates from the Customer Service agents. She was very polite and professional, doing whatever it took within her power to resolve a customer's complaint. Very good customer service from Andrea. Will definitely frequent this location more often.
