I don't know where to even begin besides saying Brian made this process so much more enjoyable and not only is he very knowledgable, he is overall a wonderful human being - so kind and funny and extremely easy to talk to. Brian also had excellent communication - always answered quickly and provided ETA's so I knew when he was coming. I really enjoyed working with him! Look no further, he is your man.

I recently purchased a new townhouse that had a large stone fireplace and each stone had an uneven texture. This made me VERY nervous to mount a TV but it is the best spot for the living room. After doing a lot of research and reading these reviews, I decided to reach out to Brian. Initially I texted him so I can send him pictures of my fireplace off the bat. He responded within minutes and we were on the phone. He answered all my questions and I did not feel rushed. As stated before I was very nervous about this in general so Brian stopped by the next day to just take a look at the fireplace to ease my mind (even though he knew he could do it). Additionally, Brian suggested a better mount for what I wanted - he asked me several questions about how I would use the TV which is how he suggested a better mount than the one I purchased. The day Brian came to look at the fireplace, I already had the TV and new mount waiting and he offered to do it on the spot!

The 2021 Samsung Frame TV remote does not take batteries and I did not have a USBC charger so Brian left without setting up the TV which was totally fine because I figured I could do it. Turns out my TV was defective itself (nothing to do with Brian as he handled everything with care). I reached out to Brian and he went out of his way to come back and take the TV off the mount and repackaged it for me to return! Then I was able to go to the store and get a new one and Brian came back that day and put the new one up! And I actually had the proper remote charger so he even walked me through set up and explained how the TV works and some tips and tricks.

Outside of TV talk, Brian was very knowledge on home improvement projects so we were just talking about some other projects I am planning on tackling. He seemed genuinely interested and provided a lot of wise advice on a wide range of topics. And as I said, he's very funny anyway so I was certainly laughing. I was very comfortable with him being in my home. I tend to be a nervous person when it comes to hiring an outsider for big projects so believe me when I say you will not regret...

Brian was absolutely amazing and professional!!! He was prompt with his responses and offered a great price to mount my 70” flatscreen tv over my fireplace. I was able to confirm a next day appointment with him within minutes,via text, and when i asked if he could possibly come the same day he let me know he was completely booked but if anything changed he would let me know. In less than an hour Brian reached back out to me to let me know he can make it to me same day and arrived at most an hour later.

When Brian arrived he was friendly and got right to work, we asked for his recommendations on where exactly to place the tv on the wall to have it centered and he explained the best positioning for mounting the tv over the FirePlace. I received several other quotes for mounting tvs over a fireplace and Brian’s quote was by far the cheapest but his service was outstanding!!! In less than an hour my tv mount was secured on the wall and the tv was mounted. I appreciated the extra measures he went through to perfectly center the mount which required him to remove the outlet covering and trim it down. He also plugged everything in for us. When we turned the tv on we noticed the tv was actually shattered on the inside. This tv was fresh out of the box and we were with Brian the whole time so we knew it was at no fault of his own (must have been damaged during delivery) but he was nice enough to unmount the tv for us and box it back up and even offered to come back the next deck to mount the new tv. Brian also followed up with us later in the day to see if we were able to get the new tv so he can add us to his schedule for the next day.

After receiving multiple bids (most of which were a lot less) for the wall mounting above my fireplace with wires concealed and with an outlet installed, Brian from LCD Plasma Installations stood out above all the rest. He was THE ONLY one to verify he was licensed and insured. One said they were not and did not need to be, another said he would send me later in the day and never heard back from him.

I decided to go with Brian after reading his reviews. Even though others were charging considerably less than Brian, I am a firm believe in "You get what you pay for". Over 55 outstanding reviews can not be wrong. Brian is a true professional, he put everything in writing without hesitation and did not try to hard sell me.

Upon arriving on time the very next morning, he did a great job mounting our flat screen above our fireplace, he routed all our HDMI wires inside the wall, added an electrical outlet behind the television. He even patched the walls as if they were not open.

I found out as he was working at our home that Brian is a master craftsman. He remodels homes, builds custom cabinets, etc.. He has been doing so for over 20 years.

We could not be happier with our decision. I would highly recommend Brian if your looking for a professional to mount your flat screen tv. His pricing is very fair for the quality of work he does, it is not as simple and easy as some say it is. To get the tv to appear to float on the wall, yet work, is a job best left for a...
