Let me explain. I got to the store at 7:40 and were looking for two tools. Like most guys, i despise asking for help (or directions when driving and lost) but because they announced that the store was closing soon I reluctantly asked one of the employees for assistance. Mind you, i had already wasted close to 10 minutes walking around and only managed to find one of the two tools i was there to purchase. So, all i did was ask and the store associate directed me to and almost put in my hand EXACTLY what i was looking for. No guessing or wondering around aimlessly. I went there with my father to pick up a water transfer pump and some other little things we needed. They had what we were looking for and a couple other things that came up as we were walking around. The only thing they were out of on 6/3/20 that we were looking for was the 3 pack of circular saw blades. One item that was partially an impulse buy was the 25 ft tape measure. It was on sale for .98¢. Normally I wait until they are free but it had been a long time since I saw then for free and less than a dollar is a deal to me! In and out quickly. HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE!! HORRIBLE!! The staff is not knowledgeable and in fact, incompetent! I wasted my time, gas and wear and tear on my car, traveling there. SIMPLE, SIMPLE question, what are your store hours "tomorrow" Sunday? She said 8am to 8pm. I confirmed, "That's tomorrow, Sunday, you open 8am?" "Yes, 8am. 8am- 8pm". How the heck do you not know your own store hours. If you cannot answer a simple question like this accurately, how can you answer more important questions about the products you sell! HORRIBLE!
