Nike Unite - Watertown — Attraction in Watertown

Bought 6 pairs of sneakers on a Sunday. Was very pleased with the customer service and my purchases😀. I had to exchange one pair due to a minor issue. I spoke to one of the shift managers Jordan, he took care of me straight away. No hassle No run around. I came into the store where I met with Bruce, he was kind and exemplified great customer service skills. This is what I look for and want when I go into retail stores. Friendly faces, great customer service, and quality products. The hours online are until 8pm. I drove all the way from Worcester!!!! That is the closest Nike to me. I got there at 6:30 and would not let me in. Two other people came up to do returns and thought Nike Watertown closed at 8pm as well. They would not let them in either. They wouldn’t let anyone in.

All Nike Watertown had was a temporary hours sign in their window. Small and orange. Again I live in Worcester how would I know that?

When you’re a corporate company like Nike you make sure your hours are accurate online and the information for your store for the public is correct. Not taking my return was ridiculous. I didn’t need cash just a refund to my credit card for two pairs of sneakers that I had the receipt for. Sad customer...

Very disappointed! Walked in with my son and his friends, while the boys were walking around they were being watched and followed by Nike staff member(s). As they were watching the kids I was watching them stereotype my son and his friends. As a current law enforcement officer what a shame that older men followed these boys around the store making them feel uncomfortable. I understand watching for shoplifters but when you base it on there looks what a shame. Then one of the staff members walked up to the register to ask if he had two items in his hands. Which those two items were the same ones he walked around the store with. Which he paid for with his own money. Will never go back to this location. Shame an all...
