Advertised as "for all ages".... as well as the "AFTER DARK".....JOKE!!! Attempted to try to go for an adult date night on a Friday at 7:30pm. Upon arriving the parking lot was full, only to get inside and take a look around to nothing but small kids all appearing to be under the age of 7 years old. It was not only so load you couldn't hear yourself think, it was incredibly hot with little air flow and no adults supervision watching the running around children out of control. Forget trying to go down any slides without hitting someone's child!! Mind you the "After Dark" starts @ 8pm, I'm thinking it'll be more of an older crowd or atleast controlled. So continue to stand in line for over 10 minutes not even to get up to the counter to purchase tickets. Meanwhile while waiting in the ridiculous line, scanning the QR code to complete the wavier, taking you to the website was malfunctioning. Needless to say did not enter and would not recommend unless you have small children or they change...

Upon entering there was no sense of information or direction on what I needed to do. I roamed around a bit to get our bearings and assumed that we needed to stand in the line. There were only two attendants working and we stood in line for approximately 35 min before we decided not to enter. We had only moved approximately 15 feet and we still had three rows of waiting to go. At this point he was getting tired and impatient.
I left the line and went to the large open eating area and where the limited number of games were and let him run around. We watched the people in the go-carts and others on the slides. It was very exciting and everyone looked like they were having fun. We will be going back to give it another try. ...
Read moreThe guy at the counter barely spoke English. They don’t tell you in advance that you need to purchase their special grip socks. Some of their people were very nice. Others looked past you like you weren’t even there, even though there was only 10 people in the whole place. Be advised, the risers on their stairs are about 12 inches high. So very small children or people who are not somewhat younger and athletic We’ll have a difficult time making it to the top. Several spots on the floor all over the place were wet, making their grip socks...
