Very bad experience from the girl at the register. When I asked if she could hold figurines at the register while I walk around her response was “there are baskets at the entrance you can use to hold your figurines.” My response was if I wanted to carry a basket I would have picked it up when I entered. I asked can you just hold these figurines at the register while I walk the store? Her response was “If you want me to but I can’t be responsible for them”. My response was what are you responsible for if you can’t help a customer? The Restore makes 100% profit on all I purchase and you can’t hold a figurine while a customer shops. It’s that working for your hourly wage. My purchase pays your salary and you get a good hourly rate. But all you want to do is just stand at a register and take my money. This store is larger than the one I usually shop at. It has a lot of great stuff and it is too bad I don't need it all. I read another review about a manager yelling or talking badly to an employee. My experience was sort of the same. This manager was arguing with a patron, elderly sort of, and wouldn't listen to what she was trying to say. I do remember her saying I'll show you if you want. He was not having it and began getting very loud with her and eventually shouting "get out of the store, get out of the store". I know I would have been embarrassed if I were her. SCAM!!!! I first went here in January and saw a rug that I really wanted but couldn't afford at the time. I noticed that the price drops on the tag by month and decided to wait until it went down to a more reasonable amount. I have been going back every few weeks to see if it was still there and it was. The month and price I would pay was April. I went today 4/18 and the rug was still there. I thought to myself, GREAT!! It was meant to be. Then I noticed that the tag was just changed 5 days ago stating that they just got it in and the price was back to the original price..I brought it to the attention of an employee who completely dismissed...
