PYRAMID: Appalachian Magick + Remedy — Attraction in Waynesboro

A friend of mine, Ted, went to Pyramid and mentioned it off hand to myself and my husband so I checked it out and I fell in love. While we are no where close to Pyramid (we're over in Chicago!) we are so grateful for their online ordering.

While we have bought things here and there, we always put an incense order in every other month. Their incense is not only delightful in smell but they are affordable and it's handmade which makes it that much better. The smell is cleaner than other incense.

While they rotate, I highly recommend Witch of the Woods, A.T. Cabin, English Summer Rain, and Hearth. We have yet to have an 'okay' incense but those are our top picks.

We have purchased the divination coin (incredible craftsmanship and such good weight), a cauldron, and some soap alongside our consistent love for their incense collection.

If there's ever a question, Jackie has been the one to reach out to me and they are one of the sweetest and most thoughtful humans. Consistently kind, always super understanding, and have made some suggestions, too.

The online ordering is also super easy and the aesthetics of Pyramid make everything really nice and clean, too. I love the black and gold look and it makes navigating easier.

To put it to a fine point -- it's special. The workers, the community, the space -- it's special and so beautiful and wonderful.

I hope we can visit someday, but for now, I will look longingly through their website :)

I really like the store. The only issue is, back on 11/21, my daughter and i stopped by the store at opening time. We got there exactly at 11am, there was already a couple of people waiting outside and it was raining. A man standing there with us said he saw someone inside but no one had come to open the door. We waited for almost 15 minutes past the open time and no one ever came to open the door. Me, my daughter, and the other customer standing at the door decided to cut our losses and leave. I sat in my car for alittle before driving off and when i went past the store it was almost 11:20-11:25ish and the store still was not open. We checked the opening time thats posted on the door, says 11am. I checked their social media, says 11am. I then emailed to ask if they had changed their business hours and never even received a reply to that. I understand that sometimes delayed openings happen, maybe there was an emergency but there was nothing posted on any social media about a delayed opening...

I’ve never been to the store physically but I’ve ordered several times online and I’ve known Ahn personally for many years. Ahn is a very dedicated practitioner who specializes each and every order and takes a precious amount of time to answer questions and explain things. This is especially important to me as I’ve ordered several things from a distance from them and I want to ensure I’m getting exactly what I want and support this small business. I have not once been disappointed and have only received the highest quality crystals. Pyramid receives and distributes super unique specimens, each carrying precious energy and cleansed prior to delivery. Despite being a distance store for me, pyramid is by far one of my favorite places to order crystals from. I know I can trust Ahn’s care of the crystals, their treatment of the earth, their blessing and respect of all things living, and their constant dedication to delivering quality products to their clientele.
