It's the perfect one-hour workout which will push you to develop physical strength and stamina you didn't know you had, but above all, it's a place of friendly faces and warm community. Each instructor has her own way and vibe, but you'll get a great workout with them all. Sarah's Bar Move is legendary for its creativity, energy, and calorie burning. Read moreIt's hard for me to put my experience in to words. I presented at the studio after lots of rest and physical therapy as a result of breaking my coccyx (tailbone). I was weak and in pain but obviously given to go ahead to start bar classes. I was welcomed and given modifications and more than that I got amazing support. My tiny accomplishments were acknowledged and celebrated. These amazing folks gave me my life back. I have become so strong and fit. The body is looking pretty good too, if I do say so myself.
