A friend invited me to bTone as a guest a few months ago and I was hooked. My instructor, Laura, was amazing and explained everything about the FITNESS arkeTone (TONEy). She helped me throughout the class, correcting my form and giving me some helpful modifications. The studio is beautiful with lots of windows and light pouring in. Classes are 45 minutes long and limited to 12 people. After just a few weeks, I was feeling very confident in understanding the exercises and transitions. Read moreI'm genuinely surprised at how much I enjoy these classes, since I'm not really an "Exercise Person". The class flows well and goes quickly. The machines help with your form and you can easily modify both the moves and the machines to meet you where you are (for instance, when I first started, I had a core made of Jello. As a former athlete in college, I was in a rut from not working out and eating unhealthy and after adding btone to my routine a few days a week I am back in better shape than probably ever (i used to play ice hockey and field hockey) and my confidence in my body/strength has massively increased.
