New and improved, this pier has a double lane boat ramp, Harbor master building, bathrooms, multiple restaurants, art gallery, and now a long side walk going around the outer edge. Numerous benches along the walkway, and a few octagon picnic tables. They offer daily boat launching, parking, and any other services normal for a Harbor master. They also host dances and music at the far end of the pier, most always hosted by the Wellfleet recreation department. At the beginning of the pier there are numerous fantastic restaurants, an art gallery, and a small building for purchasing beach stickers, dump stickers, beach fire permits, and other beach department services.
