Just left my daughterâs birthday party and I am very disappointed in Paradise Park. This was my first time here and we had an outdoor birthday. This place is bee infested. It was worse than a cider mill. We were unable to enjoy our food, bees were all over the pizza, and we couldnât even get through singing happy birthday without bees everywhere. Other than that, this place is so poorly managed. Our food was not ready at the time we were told it would be (adding a star because they gave us an extra half hour of play in light of this), and when the food did come out it was only half of it. So 3 of 6 pizzas came out, none of the breadsticks or tater tots. So for the people who could only eat vegetarian pizza, they had to wait after others were done eating. It seems like this place is run by kids or only very young adults. Also, there is one cart for the food so they kept taking the kids pizza inside to get more pizza (I later asked the party helper to leave the pizza on the table and not to take it inside because more kids arrived and wanted pizza. She informed me it is their procedure to serve the kids herself which is why they donât leave it on the table. Strange procedure!). One of the 2 kids cheese pizzas was cooked with an extremely long piece of hair in it and I had to ask for a replacement. Our sprite was brought with a black chunk of something and I had to ask for a replacement for that too. Also they penny pinch here. I paid for 10 guests in the package but only had 9 kids (which I told them in advance and they said I could give the extra wristband to an adult) so they tried to only give me 9 wristbands even though I was paying for 10. They also only gave 9 cupcakes! Which I didnât say anything about but jeez talk about penny pinching. I didnât care because the kids didnât even want to eat the cupcakes with all the bees everywhere we just threw most away and still paid for them. Also, they charged $71.50 for one salad bowl (they charge per person even if they donât eat the salad I said I would have 22 adults, I didnât end up having this many but thatâs how many I said Iâd have so I didnât mind paying it, but it was one regular size salad bowl! Idk in what world this serves 22 people. My guests were shocked this was for all of the guests. Luckily not all wanted salad because it wouldnât have been enough). Overall everything was so poorly run, we had to wait for the balloon ride and come back even though we were there on time (the half hour). This was an overpriced party and we wonât be recommending this place or having another party here. I would like to note our hostess Alyssa was great and very sweet and helpful. We had no issues with her. Paradise park has such potential with the...
Read moreI just had a birthday party for a 6 year old on a Saturday just 2 days before halloween. I had spoken to the bday party organizer ( a lady named Amanda) and asked specifically if there is going to be an issue of getting lasertag since they just announced it was laser tag night just last week (while I had booked the party 2 weeks before). she assured me that it is not going to be a problem. When I land there on the day of bday party, that Amanda is no where to be seen. All was going well during the 1st attraction of the package and the food was great. My hostess Jen with her assistant lady did a great job serving the kids. Then even with the 1st laser tag round, they did not have enough vests for all of our bday group because of the laser tag night they had advertised. Then we had to split the group and only send 8 kids only since they didn't have space. Rest of the group had to go to bowling. Suddenly bowling stopped working. The guy who said it will take 10 minutes for it to work and left was nowhere to be found after 10 minutes even after checking with the front desk about him. Half of my kids are waiting already since bowling didn't work. I had to add another round of laser tag to it. Even though laser tag was so much fun, the wait time and the management was not efficient . Why do you even have a laser tag night when you know for a fact of having a bday party of more than 15 same night. Where are all your staff? Whomever answers the phone during the day do not convey any message to the hostess , then why do you make false promises to your customers if you cannot keep it up Your staff in mid of a bday party are hard to find to get an answer. I highly doubt I will be returning back to this paradise park. If you have lots of time to spend on a park where it is short staffed and won't get answers right away, pls go here. My party was between 5-6.30 pm . guess when I left 7.45 pm. Pls improve your time management else customers will find another bday place which is more efficient and manages time...
Read moreWe had a blast! However a lot of games were broken. The wait times for food was insanely long. They didn't warn us about the wait time on the food. The lines for some of the rides were pretty long. So if you buy a wrist band you have a time limit on how long you can use it and the long lines make it so you can't do very much on it. I felt like the wrist band should be a day long. Like until close of business the day you purchase it. There was a female staff member there that was very rude! She acted like my twins and I didn't exist. We were next in line at the counter but she literally helped everyone else around and behind us. She basically looked past us! Finally a gentleman watching it happen stepped up and brought over another staff member and complained. This was a man we never met. The rude female just rolled her eyes unapologetically. My twins and I had just been patiently waiting. At the end of our visit she had to help us when we traded in our tickets for prizes. Lucky us. Lol ... she wasn't happy as my twins won a few jackpots and were undecided on what they wanted. I truly think working with kids is not her calling! If she is going to keep the job she should maybe be in the background and not in the public eye! The rest of the staff were all right. A few were more helpful than others. All in all though we still had a lot of fun. I would suggest fixing the broken games though and switching the wrist band to an all day one. đ I would still bring my kids back we...
