Fireside Grill & Patio — Restaurant in Novi

This place has a great band, but quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever seen. Ordered food and drink about an hour ago never got the drink had to go up to the bar to get it. I have given up on the food. Also the prices for the wine are outrageous I could pay $10 less for a bottle of wine then they charge for a glass. No glasses of wine under $17 and LeCrema which cost less than $20 a bottle they want $27 for a glass. Same crap service when I came last year. Was hoping it would be better...

This place is phenomenal! Food is great, excellent outdoor music spot. The lack of 5 stars is due to the service during nights they have music. The kitchen is not equipped to serve such a large crowd. They need to offer five or six easy items on the menu that are easily ready to serve their customers.
