A Fantastic Playground for Unforgettable Birthday Parties! Review: I cannot recommend this kids' playground enough! My child has celebrated their birthday party here for the past six years, and each time has been an absolute blast. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and ensured that everything was taken care of. First and foremost, the playground itself is incredible. It's spacious, well-maintained, and filled with a variety of fun and exciting activities for children of all ages. Whether it's climbing walls, slides, ball pits, or trampolines, there's something for every child's interest. The equipment is safe and sturdy, giving parents peace of mind. What sets this playground apart from others is their exceptional attention to detail when it comes to hosting birthday parties. The party rooms are beautifully decorated, creating a vibrant and festive atmosphere. The staff goes above and beyond to personalize the experience, making the birthday child feel extra special. They even take care of setting up and cleaning up, so parents can relax and enjoy the celebration. One aspect that truly impressed me is the staff's professionalism and enthusiasm. They are always friendly, helpful, and genuinely excited to be a part of the children's celebrations. They engage with the kids, ensuring everyone is having a great time and making sure that safety rules are followed. Another highlight is the additional amenities available. The playground offers a dedicated area for parents to relax and socialize while keeping an eye on their children. The cafe serves delicious snacks and drinks, allowing parents to unwind and recharge. In terms of value for money, this playground surpasses expectations. The pricing for birthday packages is reasonable, considering the quality of service and experience provided. It's a stress-free option for busy parents who want to create unforgettable memories for their children without the hassle of organizing everything themselves. Overall, this kids' playground has consistently exceeded our expectations year after year. The combination of an incredible play area, personalized birthday parties, friendly staff, and additional amenities make it the perfect venue for birthday celebrations. I highly recommend it to any parent looking to create a memorable and enjoyable experience for their child's special day.

Please do yourself a favor and go to see this place BEFORE booking your birthday party!! I read great reviews and saw nice looking pictures on google and trusted the opinion of others. Unfortunately that is not what I saw when I went last night to check it out, 9 days before the party. First off I was greeted by children at the door. Not an adult in sight to speak with or show me around. The young man (I’m assuming was around 16 years old) showed me a tiny room in the back of the building. Couldn’t really answer any of my questions. I ended up paying $16 just to go into the play area for “free play” when really all I wanted to do was look around. The play area has air hockey tables and video games that didn’t work or just weren’t on, I don’t know. A lot of stuff looked very old and run down and or broken. But the part that got me was the half eaten rotted fruit, apples, peaches, all over the place. So the kids are allowed to leave half eaten fruit in there but yet I had a little girl wearing an ABL shirt tell me I couldn’t walk around in there without shoes. The building is extremely old and has a very musty moldy sweat smell to it, you get used to it after a few minutes but it is FREEZING cold! I understand they aren’t going to crank the heat because of the activities going on inside but I should be able to take coat off and be comfortable. Every parent I saw in there also had their jackets on. The bathroom (only one tiny bathroom) was DISGUSTING! I felt like I was peeing in an outhouse it was so damn cold and dirty!! And after ALLL OF THIS the owner just told me that I will not be getting me $100 deposit back even though nowhere in my confirmation does it say the deposit is non refundable. It does however state this……. “Cancellation Policy: If a party is cancelled with less than 7 days advance notice, the deposit will be forfeited. If the party is canceled more than 7 days prior to the party start date, your deposit can be transferred to another party booked within the next three months” What a nightmare!! I’m just so glad I had this gut feeling I should check it out before the party!!! Hopefully the rude owners keep my $100 deposit and use it towards a cleaning service or updates🤬 This was posted on the wall inside, I wonder if that’s why they have any decent reviews. SMH!

I purchased Groupon to try it out. $12 for a free play session during the week. I took my 2.5yr old on a Monday. She was the only kid there for 90min while some sort of summer camp was in another room. One adult working the front desk and watching the camp. No one came to check on the play area. The play area is ok. It had a large tunnel and ball pit setup that my kid loved. There was quite a bit of tape covering torn areas. She played on the climbing wall and enjoyed the new to her toys. I can see this being a fun place for a 3-5yr olds bday where the focus is on running around and not on the quality of toys. Issues I have - poster asking to post positive review for a free session. See other reviews for that poster. I think the number of positive reviews is inflated bc of that. - the bathroom is gross. It smelled of urine and was damp inside. There is a changing table. - the building is old and the walls are thin. We could hear the noise from the camp. - broken toys everywhere. We tried assembling a train and found too many pieces missing. - safety net around the trampoline broken - arcade games required more money

4.5 Stars for indoor birthday party but closer to 5 for what it is and THE VALUE. Great places for a party. I will point out small things that could use some TLC. However for the value it's great. Great owners, really nice and accommodating. They do a good job on decorating the room, simple but fun. Best to bring some of your own as well but there is cute wall, table cloths, and balloon arch. Room/ seats are lived in and used could use some paint but nothing bad by any means. Blow ups/ gymnastic area is so fun and good for smaller adults as well. Indoor play area has a little bit of everything. Some things were broken or missing pieces, and lived in (missing foosball, air hockey didn't run, pne arcade down, small pieces to some things missing) but not a big deal. Fun area has so much from slides, rock walls, full swing set , play blocks, big board games , large ball pit, trampoline, and indoor tubes bigger then we expected, people loved it.

Birthday room DOES NOT have door to play area, so do have to go around but seperate rooms gave people places to go if needed a break. There was some dance classes happening same as our party but they didn't interfere, were polite, and did not encroach on our space. Was cool to see the kids ballroom dancing as well. Guest actually sat and watched.

Overall great place for a party for the $. Isn't perfect but was wonderful for our 3 years birthday with ages...
