Classic Suites & Inns — Hotel in West Boylston

We recently stayed here and from the start things went downhill. The place has a sketchy vibe about it. When arriving in the office, we happened upon a conversation with the front desk staff and a housekeeper about a smell they had successfully removed. ||The place is old and run down, it seriously needs a makeover. The rugs are worn, the halls and rooms smell, and there was mildew/mold growing across the bathroom ceiling. The police showed up when we did and slowly cruised to the back and spoke to a group of people sitting outside of their room. I was afraid to leave my car here. Another man cruised around the place with a cigar hanging out of his mouth, and took up golfing outside of our room. Later, he had a number of guests over and they proceeded to drink and smoke outside of our room. At this point I started to look up other accommodations nearby and would have happily paid money to stay somewhere else, however as it was graduation weekend for multiple colleges in the area, and rooms were booked everywhere I looked. ||The towels are thin and scratchy, the tv was small and outdated. The sheets and blankets seemed cleaned, but were washed or dried an an overly perfumed smelling soap or fabric softener that was unpleasant and overpowering. The rug in the room seemed very old and dirty- I refused to walk around the room without shoes on. ||I would not recommend this place and will not be...

Today is Tuesday, November 6, 2018. I appreciate the manager accommodating me and am grateful. There is no food out in my room. This morning before 6 am I saw a mouse near the door! It ran under the bench. Never have I ever seen this in any hotel in my life, and I'm 58 years old! This is disgusting! I have an autoimmune disease, so this is a deathtrap for me! The manager told me Friday, November 3, 2018 that an exterminator comes once a month! For what?! I state the truth. A lying tongue is an abomination unto the Lord. Proverbs 6:17. The fate of liars is the lake burning with sulfur and brimstone. Revelation 21:8. I won't risk my salvation by lying. I'm a disciple of Christ, born again as He said we must be to enter the Kingdom of Heaven in John 3. I had an onion which I cut up and put all around the room as it repels mice! I'm demanding a full refund! In addition, the housekeeping staff is the worst I've ever seen! No gloves, lazy, horrible job, not thorough! As for being told it's a non smoking hotel, that's an outright lie! The hallways reek of smoke, and no one is in them, so it's the rooms themselves! I reported to code enforcement today. STAY AWAY...

Carol the manager is so sweet and helpful.|I wont say the rooms I ask for each year because I dont want anyone else to have them lol|But carol remembers me and saves them for me she also makes a good price on them for me|All I will say get room looking out at back yard.|Sitting on the balcony is a big plus here both summer and winter time.|She trying vert had to maintain property and it shows.|Rooms have flat tv my daughter had kitchenette and recliner. |I had recliner flat tv and couch.|The reason for the four stars instead of five is no breakfast but McDonald's, dunken donuts , near by and walmart plus across the street brand new Cumberland farms and othet places|They do have in room coffeemaker|And give you mini moos for creamer instead of pounder creamers a plus there.|Just one more complaint they need to update laudry room to bigger machines |I had to deposit coins in dryer twice|It never happens in othet hotels|All in all I would stay here again next year when im in town.|Better then staying in Worcester .|Much better location to everything|Keep up the good...
