Walmart — Local services in West Boylston

THE WORST WALMART IN THE STATE. They should just give up and close. First of all their stock is always so low or they don't carry what other Walmarts always have in stock. Their isles are smaller and their product selection is horrible. It's a real shame cause it's so close to me. Also the workers here are absolutely HORRIBLE. 5 people standing around near automotive talking laughing in a group doing nothing while I'm waking around trying to find a product to buy. I had to interrupt them in which they all looked at me rudely like I disturbed their conversation and asked where a product was with no response I was stared at for a few seconds until another employee opens his mouth and says it'll be in this isle if anything and then walks off. I found the product right in front of all their faces right where we were standing they didn't even know where to find it. I got lucky it was right there and they got lucky I even spent my money. I went to get a skin product and all the boxes were smashed and open and some of them had knive cuts in them clearly from some inconsiderate lazy employee who just knives open boxes with no care for what's inside. I couldn't buy that product because the inventory was dispicable condition and opened. I've come here too many times to not find the product that says it's in stock not there. Also their prices are higher and you need to start checking the prices compared to other Walmarts and online. I found each product I bought today was cheaper online and at the northborough Walmart. I will never come to this store again. The customer service desk is a bunch of rude, incompetent slow people who don't want to be there, the other workers are all useless and do nothing, there is never anything stocked and finding what you need is very hard. I'm done with this Walmart and hope it rots away. It's in terrible shape and it needs to give up and close don't come here. I had a very disappointing experience today at this store. My boyfriend and I collect the plushie brand Bumbumz and Walmart had a brand new box of them that they just put on the shelf. We were going to buy all 6 of them and when we went to go check out they rang up as $22 something each. The shelf price said that they cost $7.97 each. I told an employee this and we walked to the aisle I found them in so I could show her the sticker. She told me to wait there and said she’d go ask about it. When she came back she told me that these were “new items” and that the price cannot be changed but that she’d sell me one for $7.97. She also made sure to rip the sticker off the shelf and throw it out right in front of me. It’s nice of her for trying but honestly the customer service here was absolutely ridiculous. A manager should have changed all 6 of them to the correct price. Why have a tag on the shelf that says $7.97 If they are each going to ring up as almost $23 each? I work retail and was always taught that if a price is showing up wrong, you need to honor it by changing it to the correct one. It’s disappointing that this store wouldn’t do the right thing and help. I looked it up and saw on Reddit that other Walmart locations had this same issue with the same products that I wanted to buy and the managers of those stores honored the correct price. 2 stars because they do have many items, but the service at this walmart is just horrible. I wanted a ninja coffee maker frother, and there were two on display both saying they were reduced in price. One for 179.99 and one for 99.99. I looked them over carefully and chose the 99.99 because it had a milk frother on it. Took it up and it rang up for 179.99 so i asked if we could go back and look at what i saw. Finnaly after waiting we went back there. And they could see the one on display for 99.99 and the box i had, they were the same thing. However it still came up as 179.99. And they said even tho it looked like the same one it wasn't. So i asked "where is the one i have where is the shelf its on, where is the price tag, where is the display (because if the item is lie over 50.00 in walmart it has its own display) they coukd not find it nor coukd they locate where it would be on the shelf. So this was like an unknown product with no other info.. the employees (there were two at this point trying to figure it out, to no avail) the whole reason i wanted it was for the milk frother and I wasn't going to pay 179.99.. ha! At this point i was done looking for the shelf location. Did they even offer to discount the item, or give it the price of the one on display that was identical.
