Well I people should have been around when all thaws places were downtown in old Chicago market. Which h is now all new housing n college They have torn down old Fulton cold storage n making it high rise fancy mamcy apter. There are a few Meats n seafood places like Rubios seafood km lake St n some meat places left. Slowly but surly they are buying them out n forcing them to move. All markets are fun..really its Just they...

Very narrow docks on the east side of the building with not much space to manuever. Try to get here before customers begin arriving at 6am, it will make your life much easier. Multiple produce companies share this location. I unloaded at tuchten, and they unloaded me one day earlier than scheduled and started unloading me within 15 minutes...

Not sure about other facilities but for JL Gonzales you can show up anytime and back up to a door while you wait for them. They start receiving at 3AM. I got a knock on my door at 3:40 AM. They started unloading me at 8:00 AM. Nice that I could park at the door waiting but waited quite a while before...
