My experience was very much mixed.
First, the good parts: the warehouse is great; there's a huge selection of office furniture, in great condition, and with clear pricing. The sales staff were helpful, and fine with me moving chairs I was considering over to the desks I was considering to make sure the combination worked well for me. Browsing was a lot of fun.
I ended up buying several desks and two chairs. I brought one desk and one chair home with me, and arranged to have the other desks and chair delivered, with the deliverers bringing some of the desks to the second floor of my house.
There were two issues with the delivery. First, there was just one person (he said his partner had called off that day, so it was just him), and so I needed to help carry the desks into the house, and I didn't have the energy to help carry things up the stairs (that's why I'd arranged for the deliverers to do that!), so everything went to the ground floor.
The other issue was that the chair that was supposed to be delivered wasn't there. And getting that issue resolved ended up being really frustrating. I called them up that day; they said they'd call back later that day with an update about it. They didn't. I called them back the next week, and once again they said they'd call me back that week with delivery details for the chair. They didn't. Called them back again the week after that, and they said they'd deliver it that week and would call me with the details. They didn't. Finally, I called them the week after that asking them to just cancel and refund it, and finally they gave me a specific delivery date (that Thursday), and said they'd call me back with a specific delivery window on that day. They never gave me that delivery window, and the deliverers didn't even call ahead to say they were on the way; the first I heard from them was the doorbell ringing.
So everything is finally here, but it's been a frustrating experience. The warehouse is great, but I was really unimpressed with the delivery service, and the customer support and communication when it came to resolving...

However…
We paid for delivery and setup and we were told that would be completed NO LATER THAN August 12th. Seeing as I am leaving this review on August 14th, that deadline was not met, and we will now have to push back our office opening by a week at least, assuming our furniture gets delivered anytime soon.
We also had a problem getting in contact with anybody willing to help us out or explain the situation regarding the status of our furniture. We spoke with Natasha on the 13th( a day after the delivery deadline we were given), who first told us the furniture hadn’t been shipped to the warehouse yet. We called Natasha again and she said it actually was at the warehouse, just sitting…
Today (the 14th), we called again and we were told that all of the sales reps & managers were “out of the office”. We were then directed to voicemail, not for the first time!
So at the time of this review our furniture is 2 days delayed and we have had no explanation or clarification as to when it will be delivered or what the hold up is.
