The delivery driver was very rude and impatient. He called and said he was outside, didn't even give me time to put my robe and house shoes on. He began ringing my doorbell and banging on my window.. literally not even 60 seconds. I gave him the majority of the money and told him to wait a second for the other $3 because I wasn't about to tip him. He stuck his foot in my hallway so I left him there ( I made sure he was still holding the food so he wouldn't think I was trying to steal). He began kicking my front door with my children sitting in the living room! To top it out my order was wrong! I called the restaurant to let them know I would be calling the police, they hung up on me and never answered the phone again! I called the police and will be seeking...

The women who took my order was extremely loud and rude. She was rushing to take my order. When I got my order, the order was incorrect. When I called them back to inform them on the mix-up they said it was my fault since they couldn't understand me. Instead of giving me my initial order, they charged me for whatever I didn't get. No apology whatsoever. Also, the delivery driver called me saying they arrived. When I open the door, the delivery driver is sitting in his car and made me go outside, both times, to receive my order(s). I am extremely dissatisfied with their service and how they value their customers seeing that we've been ordering from this...

If I could give them zero stars I would.I ordered my food today at 5:27pm they said it would be 45 min for delivery I called an hour later and they said 10 minutes driver is on his way. I called again 20 min later and the woman on the phone yelled that it would be five minutes and hung up on me. It’s 8:00pm and my food has not arrived I call and there has been a busy signal for the past hour.This place was one of my favorite Chinese spots but I will NOT be ordering from them ever again. I have not received a call from the restaurant or the driver regarding my order this is the worst customer service I have...
