When we purchased our daughters dress for her quince months in advance it was paid full in cash. We were told the dress would arrive a month prior to the event so we can take pictures. I kept calling and going in to check and see when the dress would be arriving. I finally was told it would arrive Saturday 7/14/18 by a rep in the store. So I made an appointment for my daughter to have her hair/makeup done and scheduled an appointment with the photographer. All to find out that there was NO dress! So the money $125. Spent on hair/makeup was a waste. The manager of the store could not do anything but say they were backed up. No apologies! A parent of one of the boys went to pick up his outfit and there was a sign from the city on the front door and the store was closed. They opened shortly after. Then ever since that day they don’t answer their phone. So if you need to check on your dress or outfit u have to go to the store. Even if u don’t live in the area. They don’t care. Beautiful dresses but horrible service. It really is a shame. They are turning a young girls dream into a parents nightmare. If someone would have posted a review like this I would definitely have taken my business elsewhere. Plenty of other stores to give your business to that will give better business and answer your call! Addition to review 7/27/18 recv’d a call the dress was in. The dress was supposed to be steamed and ready to be taken home. We get to the store and they take the rolled up dress out of the bag/not steamed. My daughter tries on the dress, beads are loose falling off the dress and one of the ruffles has a big tear. Unbelievable! A designer brand new dress that took forever to arrive. The famous line “tomorrow” is when the dress will arrive. Well it finally came and the designer dress looks horrible! Looks like a knock off designer dress. No manager on site to assist. So we have to go back to the store AGAIN to talk to a manager tomorrow. For the amount of money spent on this dress this is unacceptable. Poor service/horrible treament. If I didn’t have a full time Job I would picket in front of their store. It’s really a shame. My daughter is really worried about her dress. She shouldn’t be worrying about this!!! Please help spread the word - if u have had a bad experience spread the word stop giving them business. These young beautiful girls should have a fun experience planning their quince. Not staying up at night worrying if they are gonna get their dress. Thanks to princess paradise and their staff for making our quince experience...

first when I walked in they had alot of customers a lady took me and handed me a table to sign in not hating but is that really necessary I just came to look for a dress, second the lady who took me and let me try the dresses on at the end they were basically pressuring me to buy the dress I liked I mean I did like it but the back of the dress the tail was way to long and couldn’t possibly move around in without anyone stepping on it, at some point another coworker came over trying to convince me and buy the dress I get It i will only wear the dress for and amount of time but I want something I truly like, and I’m not the type of person to say no but I felt like so much pressure on me,
The third thing- could not take a picture of the dress unless I purchased something.
When going into the fitting room she had told me and my mom we could not take pictures unless we purchased something like the crown or the dress which was very silly to me, and fourth reason was after I told them multiple times what type I dress I want and didn’t like the dresses they were showing me of that color they proceeded to convince me to change my mind and get another color dress that was very disrespectful I would say in my opinion.
After agreeing with my mom that the dresses weren’t what I was looking for she the process to tell the lady I would not like to make any purchases and when leaving my mom told me the Worker had turned away and giving us a dirty look which I found disrespectful I hope I never find myself in that place ever again.

Read moreI ordered a quinceanera dress for my niece 6 months in advance. They promised it would arrived 2 months before the party. They told us at first we only needed a deposit down to order the dress and we could pay the rest the day of the pick up of the dress. A month later they were calling us because I wasn’t making payments on it. I didn’t argue it and was making payments when I could. The dress arrived and I had my niece go try it on. It fit perfect but it was dirty and stained in some kind of blue. We talked to the owner and he said he would have it cleaned and ready. One month later we went to try on the dress and once again it was not ready. It is still dirty and not ironed. The owner seems to not care and every time I’ve tried to call they don’t answer. I had no other option but to drive one hour away just to check the status of the dress. I asked an employee if the phone was working and she said yes. I called the store in front of her and the phone is on silent. I told the employee “no wonder you’re not answering the calls” she simply said oh. They were supposed to have the dress ready Friday and it is now Sunday and it’s not ready. This is horrible service over all. It’s not a $200 dress it’s a $1200 dress and it should of been done and ready weeks ago. This business deserves a negative rating and I wouldn’t of shopped here if I knew how bad the service was and how the owner runs a business.
