Pollo Feliz — Restaurant in West Chicago Township

Most of the food is quite delicious but the prices are outrageous & instead of itemizing what was ordered on your receipt it is lumped together in one sum which I do not appreciate because you do not know how much you are spending & what your paying for the cashiers are wonderful & the cooks are so kind it is the ladies who come to give you your food or who are waitressing at the tables that have to do better we tried to get her attention quite a few times more than three & were ignored while she attended other people & it wasn't busy or at rush hour there was five tables with ours included it was as if she was ignoring us intentionally to serve other people who came in after us we had to wait to get our order we were brought our tamales when we had ordered them with tacos for a to go order but what's done was done so we chose to just eat them there what should have been given to us was our chicken rice & beans. We thought she'd be bringing the plates following the mix up that we brought to her attention on the tamales & tacos to go but nope it was another 20 minutes for our plates to be finely given to us on top of that when we were finally given our drinks & our food they were slammed on the table with an evil stare down we had asked her 3 times for napkins or straws we were ignored & she still looked at us as if we owed her a tip* now mind you the food is delicious taste just like your welas cooking & both of us loved it but that does not excuse bad behavior or poor manners from the girls who wait on the tables and it would be better if the prices were itemized on your receipt instead of lumped together so as to you know how much you paid for each item other than that the food was delicious some of the people are kind and delightful while others need to work on...

Worst costumer service there can be on Mothers day 2019 I called for information on prices of a large order the person responsible for taking order through the phone was the worst. I asked it's for a future purchase she immediately answered back if the purchase is not for now to call Later because the restaurant was very buzy. First of all costumers shouldn't be told what to do they should be attended and answered in an appropriate manner. She had an attitude unprofessional. If she can't handle the buzy restaurant then this is not the job for her. But I should of been told what prices where at the moment of asked of a large order that was needed for that same day later in the evening But not at the moment. After all the this. My service was bad and will be taking my business elsewhere . As a matter of fact we just ordered at this location because we thought it was POLLO CRIS CRIS which was the original place where we thought we where ordering from we google and didnt know the POLLO CRIS CRIS changed the name. Our mistake . POLLO CRIS CRIS HAS THE BEST FRIES AND CHICKEN ITS NOT DRY AND STALE. IT'S NICE AND juicy. Worst costumer service at Pollo Feliz at 26th. Won't ever order again. The chicken is STALE and fries are nasty like store bought and get STALE fast. After all this my sister picked up our order and they forgot the jalapeños and onion and fries . When told they forgot to put it in our order they didn't want to deliver but we spoke To THE manager eventually it was delivered with STALE fries. And jalapeños and onions. Not good costumer service. I like their chicken but every time I go it's getting worse. The service is just plain awful. They messed up our order and instead of giving us macaroni salad they gave us garden salad, when I told them they acted mad about it then they said they would bring it to the table well some time goes by no salad again I go up and they give me a small bowel and say that's all they have now they will bring me another small when they make more, my order was a large. Needless to say I got it when I was done eating and leaving. They are very unorganized as I saw other people complaining also of things missing in their order. Oh and pay attention to what you are being charged as they will over charge you. Not a well run establishment. Won't be back to...
