Taqueria El Milagro — Restaurant in West Chicago Township

I can’t find a way to put negative stars or 0 stars!

Not only is their customer service terrible, the food is expensive, overpriced and they don’t even give enough food worth the cost of it!!

Food taste is really good!! I get tacos and today was my first time getting an Asada plate. That comes with 5 tortillas and the ingredients to make yourself tacos!!

Well why the negative review??

Their Salsas!!! They give you one Salsa for that plate, and 1 Salsa per taco!!

Well i like spicy and i like my tacos with lots of Salsa!! This complaint has been several years coming, but i finally decides too in hope of them actually caring for customers and doing something about this.

The fact that they wont give you extra salsa for those of us that actually like their food and enjoy their salsa is aggravating.. its like denying a customer ketchup for their burgers and fries!! That is what i think of when i want to enjoy Mexican food, Salsa comes automatic with it and limitless!

Anyhow the fact that they want to SELL YOU more Salsa at over $1. Salsa!!! Its crazy!!!!

For me, this place is dead! Hopefully other people realize this scam and do something for this franchise to wake up and treat its faithful...

I normally frequent this restaurant anywhere from two to three times a week, my last three visits they have left something out of my order and I didn't realize it until I got home that there was something missing and I would call the restaurant to let them know that something was missing out of my meals. On April 4th 2019 I visited the restaurant at 3:30 p.m. and I placed an order and when I got home there was some things missing out of my order so I called the restaurant and I spoke with the manager and she told me that since I had an issue 3 different times that they would replace my whole order that I placed on this day. The total of my order was $32.70. Well today April 7th 2019 I returned to the restaurant with my receipt from April 4th 2019 I asked to speak to a manager and I told him that there was a note in the office stating that my order was to be replaced I gave him the receipt and he told me that he was not replacing my order. 😣😣😣😣 The two people that I spoke to was Rodolfo and Stephanie. They are both very rude and disrespectful to customers who are not of Spanish origin. They treated me like S**t as if I was a second class citizen. First and foremost, I love tacos. This place was/ is held to such high esteem by close family members and friends. I was expecting the absolute best tacos due to so many people telling me of how these tacos would be life changing and would make me feel like a school boy again. Needless to say by my 1 star rating, this was a lie. I was misled by the people I trusted the most. After one bite into a "milagro" (which translates to "miracle" in Spanish for all you non fluent readers) taco, I was quickly let down and felt betrayed by my closest confidants. Beans and cabbage on a taco?! You gotta be kidding me! This unfortunately created a great divide between myself, my family, friends, and even my ex girlfriend. I have lost everything to this place. I will take my business and talents to the far superior Atotonilco, which I am always greeted with a friendly smile upon entering and served delicious tacos. They are not pretentious and remind of the best times of my life when my father was still around before he left us. You are worst than the Hawaiians that dared putting pineapple on a pizza. It's disgraceful. How you guys are in business...
