1 Star Will Never Shop Here Again

I don’t usually write reviews, but my experience at this store was so frustrating and disappointing that I feel obligated to warn others.

First, the pricing here is incredibly deceptive. Items are constantly labeled with price signs, but when you get to the register, they mysteriously ring up at different price. When I asked about it, I was told they forgot to change the price.

Second, the way this place treats its employees is appalling. I overheard a manager speaking rudely to an employee for something that clearly wasn’t their fault. The employee looked overworked and clearly stressed out. Who yells at employees in 2025 and thinks it’s okay?

And finally, the customer service is downright awful. I was met with attitude when I asked for assistance from one of the older owners and she seemed to care less when I pointed out the pricing issue. She even rolled her eyes at me when I asked a basic question about yelling at her employee.

In short: this store is a mess. They don’t respect their customers, they exploit their employees, and they rely on shady pricing tricks to squeeze every last cent out of you. There are plenty of other places to shop that don’t treat people like this. Avoid this store...
