Well in the past I would have encouraged friends and family to shop here for super bargains on name brand clothes and decent furniture. Today they no longer have those great prices. Clothing is priced high for it to be used, stained or sometimes even faded. Clothing has Pink , VS, Addidas, under armour, Etc and the price is ridiculously high. Management is not paying close attention to the quality the clothes are in when they are pricing. Please look at my pictures these are the prices for totes from VS or Pink that are free when you make a purchase. The salt lamp was priced one dollar less than on amazon, really!! I’ve noticed on holiday the have the “half off everything sale” but here’s the catch during the week all the items that are being distributed on the floor have a price increase of about 2-10 dollars. Pay close attention and you’ll be able to pick up their trend. AM staff is always welcoming, but I can’t say the same about employees working during nights when I have visited. My best advice have your phone to compare prices on Amazon or Google before making a purchase that’s up there $$$. I’m not sure if price increases are because this area in the city has changed and property taxes are higher. Management thinks it’s okay to overprice donated items for future customers and ongoing customers, but I absolutely disagree. This thrift shop does offer a wide variety of items, but remember compare prices new vs used before making your...
Read moreUpon my visit, I came across multiple instances of the same clothing items being priced differently, with variations ranging from $4.99 to $10.99. These pricing discrepancies were observed on identical clothing items, leading to confusion on my part as a customer.
Seeking clarification, I approached the cashier to inquire if he would consider honoring a single price for all three items. To my dismay, he dismissed my request and suggested that I speak with the manager. Subsequently, I engaged with the store manager regarding the issue, hoping to resolve it amicably. However, I was met with a response that left much to be desired.
The store manager indicated that the prices could not be adjusted, citing the presence of cameras as an explanation. This reasoning, in my opinion, does not justify the stark contrast in pricing for identical products. It raises concerns about the transparency and accuracy of your store's pricing methods.
I am left questioning whether the pricing process at your store is arbitrary, with employees potentially assigning prices at their discretion. This lack of consistency and accountability is troubling, especially for customers seeking to make fair and informed purchases.
Furthermore, I felt disheartened by the indifference displayed by both the cashier and the manager in addressing my concerns and facilitating...
Read moreCashier Gabriela refused to sell me a jersey because it “didn’t have a tag” to sell it. In reality she yanked the tag out and threw it to the side for herself to buy later. I told her I had just seen a $3 tag on it and she replied very rudely to me. The shirt wasn’t for me so when I went back to the car to tell my partner about the situation, he went back inside to ask someone else to sell it to him and Gabriela had stashed it behind her register in a ball to hide it from any customers. Keep in mind she had a cart full of clothes next to her of clothes she couldn’t sell. Once my boyfriend saw the shirt and grabbed it she argued that shirt “wasn’t the shirt the girl tried to buy”. She insisted that wasn’t the shirt. My bf knew exactly what it was because he picked it out himself. Please teach your employees to have better customer service. This is honestly embarrassing for you all. Especially considering that y’all have a reputation of not selling items to your customers out of the employees convenience. Your customers spend hours in your store looking through every piece to find a good deal and then when they have to check out if their cashier finds something they picked out they lie to them saying “they can’t sell” so they can buy it themselves later. Honestly disgusting and so...
