If I could give NO STARS, I would. Potential new families wanting to book, read below.
If youâre looking to book a party here, be warned of overcharges, and no customer service. Long story short I had a kids birthday party here and since they charge by kid and adult, depending on which package you choose, they provide each child with a goody bag. If you by chance change your number of children confirmed in your headcount weeks prior, they will still charge you for the original amount and then during the day of, only give you the adjusted headcount of giftbags and number of pizzas. Depending on the difference of how many cancelled or not able to show up based on your new headcount given weeks prior, the amount could be upwards of $150+. On top of the overcharge issue, the manager Chloe is rude! When trying to speak with a manager in charge at this West Chicago location (Chloe, the one with tattoos) and her coordinator (Karen) and explaining the issue of overcharge. They explain that you must call the customer service line since they do not have the power specifically at each location to give refunds. After what seems like months of back and forth with a customer service member (Adriana) and providing her evidence pictures with EXACT numbers of items, they customer service member will reach out to the manager of the location and lie about the charge and say they party attendee received exactly the amount charged, even after providing picture evidence of being short of pizzas/gift bags. After constant emails back and forth of trying to follow up with customer service, they will just let you know that theyâve closed the case without any further investigationâŚeven after providing them all with pictures of the event with EXACT numbers of items given. Families beware of this location and the shadiness of the staff, specifically the manager Chloe and Karen, they will lie to save themselves from embarrassment of charges and not take accountability of their mistake. I canât imagine the number of families they have schemed over the last few years theyâve been open, and the owner of the Company should really take into consideration the types of people that he has hired to run his locations. Iâm sure this is not the first time this has happened to a family and wonât be the last, but I am the only one who has the confidence to come forward and speak about it.    Read moreFirst time visiting and we had the worst experience ever. The "Manager Kelly or Chloe" (no one wanted to tell what's her name) was very rude and acted very unprofessional. The check in line was a 20 minutes wait and my 2 years old potty trained daughter suddenly wanted to go potty. I asked the " manager Kelly" to let me go to the restroom and come back in line since my husband and my son were waiting as well and she started yelling that everyone has to wait in line and wait their turn. When I tried to explain that she can not wait so long and she needs to go immediately this "Manager"( if you can call her a manager) started to yell and argue with us again; counting me down and threatening not to let us in at all. No respect or manners at all! I had to run with my daughter to the next door facility Planet fitness to get her to the bathroom. This is ridiculous. It's a playground.. a place for kids and they don't let people use bathroom for them? Definitely not coming back under any circumstances. I will let our friends this horrible experience known in details. It was an invitation to a birthday party otherwise we would've left immediately. I will definitely contact the management about how they treat their customers. Everyone should check Facebook reviews as well before booking a party at this place! Lots of horrible experiences because of...
Read moreItâs a nice place to keep your kids entertained but thatâs at the risk of their safety. The adults who bring their children in are the ones that are uneducated. First, we went in yesterday 1/25 and a group of people smelled like weed which is completely inappropriate. The problem is that the smell floods entire areas, specifically the toddler area. Shame on these people. Then, there are kids age 10+ years old in the toddler and baby area doing backflips. The lack of supervision by the staff is disgusting and this should not be happening when toddlers are crawling and walking around. What is worse is that the âparentsâ were engaging in this and guiding their kid on how to do the flips. Lastly, there should be a dress code for adults because why is there a lady with a bra and then a completely sheer shirt at a KIDS play place? If you want to dress like youâre at the club, then go to a club not at a KIDS play place. One last thing, I see no sign of sanitation or cleaning which is another thing that makes this place disgusting. Management needs to supervise more and set rules better. I donât blame the minimum wage employees who are checking in people. For the price they charge, they can afford people watching...
