Starbucks — Restaurant in West Chicago

Hello Google reviewers, I visited this location on January 15, 2023 in the early morning. My husband and I was not greeted nor acknowledge. We are humbled people so we waited patiently to be acknowledge. There were two ladies working and both seem to have attitudes! My husband placed out order and my husband and I continued on with our conversation. The lady placed one of our coffee orders on the counter so my husband ask is that the small coffee( just a regular coffee). She said the name of the coffee. My husband said regular coffee correct because I don't know the name of the coffee. This lady face was so angry she responded to my husband with attitude because he didn't know the name of the coffee. When my husband ordered he said may I have a small regular coffee with cream and sugar so when she said the name he didn't know if that was our order. Just had the worst service. We waited in line for 30 mins in the drive thru, which I understand since they were very busy. However, by time we got to order, the screen wasn’t on so we pulled up to the window to order and she told us our total which I told her, “we did not order yet because nobody said anything at the drive thru intercom/speaker.” She said “oh well can you pull around and get back in line?” Which I said, we have been in line for 30 mins. She said, I don’t know what to say, but you have to get back in line.” She did apologize once but that’s just ridiculous. I would go to this Starbucks almost every morning on my way to work. I got familiar with the morning staff and they are just wonderful!

The drive through line was so fast and my drink was ready and exactly how I liked it every single time.
