Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in West Chicago

They are the closest to my house but I don't even go there anymore. They give you stale munchkins when you order assorted, this has happened 3 times, they're "supposed to be open until 10pm", however twice I visited and was told the "registers went down" so they closed early, it was around 930pm. Second time in the drive thru, there's 3 employees doing stuff inside, no one answers the drive thru, I wait, a minute, then go to window, they still don't answer, its like 940pm, all the lights inside are on, I finally beep, they come to window and say "we're closed" , I said "really? Cuz, all lights are on, drive thru is open, sign says open???". She says"Oh we close early if no one comes in."". So, needless to say they don't care about their customers. They should just change their hours, it get better employees or better owners. And here's why I say that. Over two months I took in a DD commuter mug I bought at that location, I brought it back because it was leaking coffee and filling with water when I washed it. Obviously cracked somewhere, no damage, we don't have a dishwasher so I didn't abuse or misuse it, I took it to the manager, he said they hadn't had this style in two years, I explained I got it @ a reduced price and was just hoping to exchange it for any other same value commuter mug. He explained he had to speak with another manager or whomever and took my information and never heard a word...

I placed an order and got up there that was fine but once I got at the window bunch of these girls were laughing and goofing around and when I got my ice cream she waited by the window and when I pulled away she screamed out loud on purpose scaring myself and my kid Who cried the whole way home! Not Happy I called the place right away to talk to a manager but these girls answer the phone and they said that there’s no manager on site so I’ll be calling...

Wish I could rate it no stars. Waiting in line with the drive thru attendant being incredibly rude, short and terse. Never gave the total, and he wouldn't have spoken up unless we we asked him what his deal was.
