The Lights — Attraction in West Fargo

Went to the Jon Pardi concert last night. We went through the main entrance & had our tickets scanned then wanted to find food. We walked to bar down & went to the doors under the giant entrance sign & walked right in. They didn’t have the doors locked, there was no staff standing at the door telling people they couldn’t go through & they didn’t have any signs up. The couple we were meeting got there & tried to come in to the table we were at 5 minutes later & the staff said they couldn’t enter. We went back to the same door we entered & at that point an extremely rude staff woman was there that said once you go out you can’t come back in. We went back into the bar & talked to our waiter, he said he would talk to the staff & came back & told us we just had to go to the front gates again to reenter. So we did & explained the whole thing to them but the scanners already showed that we were in, so another rude staff member told us we could go back to the bar & listen to the concert there. One of the teenagers at the front was helpful & talked to someone that said we had to go back into bar down & talked to staff there. Luckily we went back in there & found a guy with a name tag. We again explained the situation & he told us he hears sob stories all the time & he usually wouldn’t let anyone back in but brought us to the door we came in to & told the staff member he was letting us back in & she better not let us into the door again. She told him she had to go to the bathroom so she had left her spot by the door. The whole process was extremely frustrating, there needs to be signs/staff/doors locked or something letting people know they can’t go in to the bar & come back into the concert area, we had to idea. We really appreciated the man that finally let us back in however if this is a constant issue that they have then it needs to be fixed. I also understand that things are busy & they deal with a lot of frustrating things all night but customer service was lacking with the staff...

Nice building and area. But definitely rushed on construction. Outlets crooked and not connected right. Trim pieces are too short in areas. Apt is constantly 75+ degrees with heat off and I even have windows open and fans to let in cool air. Place is way to expensive for shabby living. No way to get food delivered to door which is a big thing with apt living many things missed can't wait for lease to end and...

Nice apartments but the bars down stairs play loud music, loud enough you can hear it over your tv in your apartment. A lot of the renters here are younger and like to stay up all night, party and jump around like they live in a jungle gym. Parking is minimal at best and on event nights, forget about getting a spot at all. Not a good place to live if you want...
