Terrible service, when we ordered they put 3 out of 4 orders into the POS system wrong and we had to correct them. Then when we got our food they totally screwed us on my ice cream cone and when I asked why there was so little ice cream on my cone I was told 'Thats just how it's made' by the employee handing me my cone. Terrible, terrible customer service. Cone in the picture is supposed to be a medium by the way but looks more like a small or a kiddie cone with the amount of ice cream on top!!! Dont waste your time, the next closest DQ is 10 minutes away and worth the drive for the service.

I have come here a few times now. Each time I am pretty disappointed. When I order 4 piece tenders or 6 piece, they always tend to not give me the full amount I paid for. Tell me why this keeps happening? Why am I getting for less than what I paid for? Why is the wait taking so long for me to receive tenders, yet you cannot spend the time to at least count how many placed in the basket. As an establishment, it needs to be addressed, believe it or not. Counting is not difficult if the number is 4.

There were 3 people working and 2 customers in the dining room. All the workers where no where to be seen while I was in the dining room eating. There was trash on the floor and dirty tables. There was also no one in the drive-thru. I heard an employee in the back singing. Having worked in fast food I know how it is, but also the lobby should be clean for customers when there is nothing for the employees to do.

8/26/2021: Came in again for quick lunch. Young lady at the drive-through was pleasant and courteous. Kitchen looked busy and no loitering around. Food was delivered with a smile and was good as always. It was a pleasure to stop by. We hope the good service will continue on! 😊

Came in yesterday with kids for a couple of chicken strip baskets at around 3pm. We go to the mall all the time and we love it there. We live close by so decided to go visit this one. Ordering African guy got snappy when I asked him to repeat as I could not hear what he was mumbling in low voice. Another African guy at a window was also rude taking the card and giving food. Inside looked more like a hangout place than a working kitchen. Wait time was longer than usual, but the food was good. We will skip this one for a month or so till service and attitude improve. Off we go back...

I’ve never had a bad experience up until now. For one of my blizzards i asked for a medium and a worker still tried making me leave with just a small. When i asked if i could upgrade it to a medium a worker with glasses got frustrated with me and swore at me (even though it was their mistake). He made me pay for a whole new one to get a medium and when we got it it was the wrong blizzard. I stayed very patient and he was giving me a horrible attitude about it. I ended up paying for two blizzards I didn’t ask for. the employee was very rude and...
