Hooligans — Restaurant in West Fargo

There were 3 of us that came before 11pm. I asked the bartender with dreadlocks and a red eye tattooed on her side if they were still serving food. She said nope, the kitchen was closed. Ok, no problem. I ordered a long island, no ice, light sour. She served me a pop. I asked her how much it was. She said $7.50. I asked her to remake it, because it was not what I asked for. So, I watched her re-make it. Lo and behold, it was actually what I ordered in the first place. She charged me $3 extra the 2nd time. When I asked her why, she said it was because she said she asked me if I wanted a double, and I said yes. That was NOT the case. I asked her to remake my drink because she didn't make it correct the first time, but ok. THEN someone that came in AFTER me was brought food. I went to the bathroom. Someone that worked there was in there mopping. I asked when the kitchen closed, and she said midnight. Why was I told the kitchen was closed before 11 when it wasn't? Why was I charged $3 extra for something I didn't ask for? The girl that was the bartender was RUDE. I don't know what her problem was, but she needs to be coached, seriously. Like...the fact that I was told the kitchen was no longer open and then they served people food that came in after us is crazy. Terrible attitude. The girl you have cleaning the bathrooms is the girl you should have serving customers. Period. Super disappointed. The bartender that served me should be fired. Completely condescending and just unwelcoming. Yuck 😞 The person I was in there with also is pretty good friends with the manager, and obviously she wasn't aware of that. Let's see how this plays out....

Asia and Haley are two of the best servers I've ever had. I walk in and they instantly come to greet me and know exactly what I'd like to drink as soon as I show up!

Asia is the most caring bartender I've ever met. As soon as I walk in, she knows what I'd like to drink, maintains conversation, and shows such compassion. Even in her busy hours, she still loves to check on everyone every single chance she's got. Best recommendations and best attitude I've seen behind the bar!

Haley is the funniest server I think I've ever seen. If you're looking for someone who's super sweet, but can take a joke and give you crap back, you need to find Haley's section. She makes it feel like you've been there before and she remembers you like your family. Anything you need, she's super willing to help you out and get it for you at a moments notice. Always laughing and smiling, she makes it the most enjoyable time you've ever had sitting at a table!

Can't say enough great things about this bar, if you're around, definitely stop and check this place out! If you're inside, find Haley! If you're at the bar, ask for Asia!!! Best bar in...

Nothing out of the ordinary for this bar and grill, but great service makes it stand out. Play pool, darts, blackjack or pull tabs. Had the mozzarella cheese sticks which were hot and served with pizza sauce. Apps seemed a little pricey but looks like they have specials ever day of the week.

UPDATE: Went back to Hooligans. Guess it depends on the night you are there because my husband and I decided we were going to try adult bingo. Place was full, but we snagged a table from someone who was leaving. We sat there for 30 minutes. No one even said, "I'll be with you in a moment..." I looked around and noticed 2 other tables that had been there before we came in without drinks or napkins to indicate they had been waited on. We decided to leave, too bad, we're good tippers! The table next to us was leaving because they had only seen their waiter once. I know they were busy, but just acknowledging us would have made a difference.
