Maple Ridge Villas — Hotel in West Fargo

Have an upstairs neighbor that is super noisy. Noisy on stairs that are right behind my living room area and stomp back and forth back and forth and it unnerved me. Have complained several times. He gets better for awhile so I know he is capable of being quieter but then he just goes back to being a jerk. Will not be renewing my lease even though everything else is great. I'm paying almost $1000 a month to be annoyed and angered on a daily basis!! Would never recommend anyone living here. I was told it was quiet when I looked at the place. Very nice interior, it is way over priced for what you are actually getting though. The walls are paper thin, you can literally hear your neighbors conversations through the wall. There are constantly dogs barking and their owners don't seem to think it is necessary to make them quite down, regardless of the time of day. Dogs bark, I get that, but after the third or forth bark normal people act on it to quite it them down out of common courtesy, but not here. I would never recommend this place...

Have lived here almost 5 years. Love it. Minimal issues and a quiet neighborhood. And when there’s issues, they’re always dealt with...
