WestBank Market — Attraction in West Lake Hills

This Market has quite a few shopping stores but I have only been to the Randall's otherwise I can't tell you much about the other stores. This Randall's does seemingly have everything that you might need from laundry detergent to groceries two small little screws with anchors and a plug surge protector. I was sure to find everything that I needed in this store the only disappointment was they were out of the Swiffer jet which I actually went in there to purchase and was unsuccessful. All the other more costly swiffers with motors in juice and vacuum suction ability where they are but the quick reliable simple easy to use Swiffer jet was sold out or out of stock or something. The gal that was walking through the aisle was not much help when I asked her about it she just stated the obvious and didn't really look into it for me wasn't much help at all. Hopefully management can do a better job at training their employees to be more attentive to the customer at least when a question is asked they can direct the customer to the right personnel. I did find an OfficeMax to be in the shopping center now that I think about it that is worried about the Swiffer jet so two stores I have been to in the shopping center. They were not very attentive either it was a smaller store and there were two gentlemen working there one of them was helping that customer in the printing department and the other one was standing around no other customers in the store. So maybe it's just this area customer service is not...

The best thing about this marketplace is that it is technically not in Austin, so the grocery store here actually gives out free paper or plastic bags with your purchases. It's farther away from me than other grocery stores, but I come here maybe once a month to stock up on bags :)

Only reason it's not 5 stars is because people in this parking area don't seem to know...
